As a woman in my mid 40s i have absolutely seen a shift in my physical, emotional and mental wellbeing over the last few years. Its only in the last 12 months that i really learned about perimenopause and how much it effects woman. I got an ad on IG about this product and i'm not going the lie the stunning packaging really got my interest. Whilst i can't comment on the effects yet, what i can say is the packaging is beyond beautiful, the sachets are perfectly portioned and turn into a delightfully light fizzy drink. It dissolved pretty well and the passionfruit & blackcurrent flavour is light and fresh. I will come back and edit my review in about 8 weeks when i can comment on effects and if it helps my peri symptoms. EDIT: So its officially been about 2 months now and I am very happy with this product. It has seamlessly integrated into my routine (I put it on subscription) and if anything it has helped me to drink more water also. It has really helped with my mood & brain fog symptoms (especially in the Leutral phase) and also my leg and foot cramps which have greatly lessened. I know from blood work that i am always low in Vitamin D so i like that this has 125% daily value. I have tried both flavors and personally i prefer the Passionfruit & Blackcurrent. If you are looking for some Peri support this is a great option to consider.
