I contacted BaubleBar and communicated the issue and they went right to work on replacing her necklace. Quickly she received a new necklace, faster than the one that was originally shipped. Cheap gawdy costume jewelry at a premium markup. I don’t one who wears this stuff, it’s cutesy kitschy Zoe deschanel approved stuff . They sell it at target now too and have m tons of collabs. The Disney one is too cute l. Think bright rainbow fake gems for whatever
