My dog loves it and I was a monthly subscriber for the past 12 months. I love the effort put into each months theme but after a while, the treats are always the same biscuits. The toys are great but my dog gets bored after a while

Got Barkbox for a few years and like them! They had cute and changing themes. The main reason I canceled the subscription was because my dog had so many toys from getting the boxes for years. The only complaint I have is that I wish you were able to find previous toys from boxes you had gotten to repurchase.

My dog Brutus loved his barkbox. Every month, it was shipped, and he knew when it came. He loved the toys, especially ones with a squeaker! I switched the order for a box designed for large chewers. The un-destructible balls, Brutus destroyed in less than 10 minutes. I emailed them, along with the pictures. They switched Brutus to nylon toys that he would be able to chew and grind down. That lasted for a while, but I could tell he missed his squeaker toys, so I switched back to the original box. Brutus also enjoyed the treats that came along with his toys! He loved his Barkbox, and that was the best decision I made when it came to treats and toys for him. When Brutus became sick with cancer, it was no hassle to cancel his order, and they even offered giving service for me when the time came. Luckily, I have lots of friends and family, but I am still planning on sending those pictures of Brutus to them.

I was subscribed to bark box for 6 months. I had an overall good experience. My dog loved almost all the toys. The only thing I didn't love was the boxes weren't super customizable, and the fun themes ran out quickly. We also don't give our dogs treats often so now we have a huge backstock. I recommend this as a great gift

Mostly good assortment of toys and treats for my dogs. Their toys tend to be high quality, and you can customize your needs for your pets based on their preferences etc

My dog is obsessed

Our pup loves her Bark Box. We subscribe to the Super-Chewer box and I have to say, they are the only toys that stick around for any length of time. I do wish there was some more variety in the shape of the super-chewer toys, as a lot of them are set up in the same way: a sturdy ball wrapped in tough fabric. Once the dog tears through, we are left with a lot of similar toys. I'm just satisfied that they last for more than 20 minutes!

So cute and my pup is always so excited to get her bark box! We get the little treats and toys and the packaging is always so cute and just perfect!

My dog and I both love bark box! She recognizes it and loves unpacking it every time. And I am obsessed with the themes and puns the creative folks there come up with each month. Brings such a fun spark to us monthly. And outstanding customer service anytime I’ve needed something!

I really want to love Barkbox, and I do love some elements of it. The treats that they ship each month are great - they're excellent high-value treats that we consistently get through on almost exactly a monthly schedule, just in time to get the next batch. However, the toys simply aren't fit for a super chewer dog like ours. The basic subscription is almost always just basic plush toys that our dog shreds literally within 15 minutes of starting to play. We then realized that BarkBox has a super chewer box, which we upgraded to - but were disappointed to find that those toys aren't really much better. The super chewer toys are usually either some sort of rubber toy that has a plush exterior (so they want your dog to shred off the plush to get to the rubber, but how is that safe for the dog? / means we have to watch her like a hawk so she doesn't eat the plush) or these nylon chewer toys that become splintered and incredibly pointy/sharp/dangerous after a few minutes of chewing. I don't understand why Barkbox can't offer more durable plus toys, or more basic rubber chew toys, for their super chewer box. Because the toys continually seem like such a waste of money, we ultimately cancelled our subscription. To be clear, though, if you had a dog who isn't a super chewer and can play safely with plush toys, Barkbox will probably be great for you.

My dog received a bark box as a gift from one of our family members. I think it is such a cute idea! He loved all of the toys and treats included. They make for great gifts for the dog parents in your life.

Customer service is excellent and the toy themes are a blast for humans and pups alike. I wouldn’t say the quality of the product was spectacular, but it sure was fun watching my dogs open it monthly.

The first box is gonna be the best purchase you ever made. You'll want to subscribe for a million years. However, by box 3 or 4 you're going to have a LOT of toys. It feels a bit wasteful if you don't have a dog who rips through toys. I would love a lower cost option that came with maybe one small toy a month and one treat. The themes are awesome and fun and I honestly wish I could subscribe longer just for my own excitement opening the boxes but my wallet and my growing pile of dog toys says no.

Got their Super Chewer line for our border collie that loves to destroy her toys. It was filled with durable goodies and treats she goes crazy for. With these toys, we don't have to worry about a graveyard of stuffing.

Have been getting my dog barkbox for years. She loves getting her box every month! The themed toys are always cute and fun, and she loves the treats and chews.

Long lasting toys and responsive customer service.

My dog loves the treats however all of the toys she got she's completely destroyed/shredded. None of them last.

Barkbox is well worth the money. For around $20 a month you get far more than that in toys and treats.
