My dogs absolutely loved everything that came in the boxes. Some items were a bit posh but the box is meant to spoil your pets so it's alright. My only criticism would be that I never got any toys that my huskies couldn't destroy within a couple days. Stronger toys would be nice for the big dogs with big teeth.

I love the fact that I can get tough toys and treats for my tough chewer! The products are sturdy and appropriate for my dog size (German Shepherd). He does like the treats and they are the perfect size for the price. I also appreciate that I can go to places like Petco and they also carry the brand!

I have received monthly bark boxes for the past year through my subscription. The box themes are always engaging and I think my kids like opening our monthly boxes just as much as our dog Lucy! The toys are cute, good quality, and their customer service is amazing.

I subscribed for 6 months when my puppy was around 3 months old. He was chewing so quickly through every toy we bought him so I thought it would be great to get a monthly box. That way we'd always have clean, in tact toys coming in all the time. I added the super chewer toys and they have been perfect. He can still chew through some of the toys in the box, but they last so much longer. I love the tone of voice from this company - such a great sense of humor and irreverence. We laugh every time we open the box! We also love the high-quality treats that come with it. There's an option to add-on extras each month - and sometimes I'll do that - there is always some innovative product available to try and I like the chance to do that at a discount before having to go buy it in a store. My dog loves to open the box by himself and my husband and I get such a kick out of him playing with the themed products and taking bets on which will be his favorite!

Perfect and fun! Our puppers loved it! Kept their toys rotating! And fun treats too!

My pup really loved her Barkboxes! Some of the toys have been really long lasting. It was nice see how creative their design teams are with each toy. We also the memory foam Barkbox create pad that is really good quality.

It was a cute concept, especially the idea that they provide toys/tips/tricks for your pup as they age, however it doesn't always apply to your dog or situation.

My dog and I love Barkbox! I was spending way more than $30/month on toys and entertainment for my pup Arlo before Barkbox so it's helped me save money and still have exciting new toys for Arlo every month. Getting signed up is a little confusing, their website always has some promo going on and initially it was hard for me to just see what came in a standard box because they were advertising all these extras and not being clear about what was included regularly (I still think this is an issue). For example, I was trying to determine if I just wanted toys, would I get an extra toy in exchange for not getting treats or would I just pay less than if I got the box with treats. I never found an answer and I still don't know what the answer is! Also they at some point encouraged downloading the app, but the app just opened the website so I guess they don't have a native mobile app which was confusing as to why they asked me to download the app. The service itself is really wonderful. The toys are always themed and really cute and creative. Usually (though not always), there's not just a traditional fluff + squeaker toy, there's some variety. Arlo loves destroying the toys throughout the month and I don't have to stress because I know a new box is coming soon with more toys! Overall, their app and website are lacking (hard to find info, hard to know what you're purchasing at first, nothing on the app, etc), but the service itself is top tier!!

Have used this subscription for over 10 years and well that explains how amazing they are. I have two 100 Lb Dobermans and they get so excited when their box arrives!

I rescued a sweet senior dog during covid and was excited to get him signed up for Bark Box. I had the subscription for about a year. I loved the creativity each month, with themed treats and toys. Having a smaller older dog, I didn't feel like all the toys suited him. You do include information about your dog when you sign up, but wish there was an option for smaller/softer toys or senior-specific treats. Overall very happy with my experience and would recommend it.

This company bombards you with emails! Requesting removal from their marketing list is impossible. They have a “unsubscribe from email” link embedded in their email but they can’t seem to comprehend that it does not work…it is a blank link however they will continue to sent “regret” emails. If you don’t want a daily constant back and forth of emails with them don’t get started with them.

Both of my dogs love this subscription box. I like that they get to try different treats, and we get to have fun new toys every month.

I was impressed by the quality of the toys for the price. The very best toys (for my dog) were the ones that have another toy hidden inside, which meant that when my toy-destroying dog managed to wear out his toy, he was rewarded with another. The reason that I only gave 4 stars is that the treats were almost never something my dog really got excited about. He generally loves everything, but some of the treats were not interesting to him. Toys and chews were consistently a hit.

The best company! The customer service is fun, accommodating and makes you want to return. They are so kind. The boxes are amazing, my dog looks for her package monthly. The toys are great quality with a fun theme and often have another toy inside, so it’s a 2 for 1.

My dog loves this. He is a big chewer and the toys last for him.
