I have visited Bailey Nelson stores in the UK and Australia. I purchased the Adler Half Windsor style from the Covent Garden store in London, and they work as a perfect style for days when I don't feel like wearing my heavy/thicker frames. They are very light and comfortable. Years later I visited an Australian store for an eye exam, and they replaced my nose pads for free. Service has always been wonderful and very friendly.
Kind of surprised by all the positive reviews. Bailey Nelson is fine if you're looking for a cheap option, but you get what you pay for on this one. My lenses scratched so easily. The nose pad came off within a couple months. I wasn't overly thrilled. Customer service is lovely though and I continue to use them for online contact lens orders.

We have our fair share of DTC optical brands to choose from in Canada, so there's no shortage of great glasses in sight. I bought my first pair of BN frames: the Palmer, back in 2020, from the Vancouver store. I also had my eyes tested onsite, which made the overall customer journey pretty satisfying. What BN made me feel like as a customer was that I wanted to wear the brand's glasses, and I'd be proud to showcase them not only at home, but also while out working in the cafés, and on the streets. The staff here were warm, approachable, and knowledgeable. My glasses have always been ready quicker than they expect, and I receive a notification when it's time to pick-up. It's been a couple of years, and I now own 3 pairs.

If i could give zero rating I would. these people are idiots with outsourced customer service. We ordered at the start of June and 2 weeks later still had not recieved anything. When we asked about it we were told to wait. We waited and a number of days later they say they are trying to deliver and rang a number in Auckland with no reply. I google the number as its in Auckland and we don't live in Auckland... it was their physical store! Like wtf.... I am so over it and am demanding a refund. Don't bother with them, they are useless.
