Terrible terrible customer service. Won’t respond to emails until you blast them on social media and then they’re in a huge rush to say they’ve responded (but don’t resolve anything). They do not care if you are s happy with your purchase. They want sales. 2 stars because the product is cute. No more because it doesn’t work well and you can’t return it.

Okay, my hair stylist uses their smoothing cream and it is AMAZING. I didn't have the same passion for the Amica products I picked up from the beauty supply outlet or on Aamazon. Maybe they're old or expired or something? Stick to buying this from the site or salon. The blonde shampoo and conditioner wasn't the best, but their detangler smells incredible. My hubby is obsessed with my hair when I use it.

My FAVE haircare line. The price point is a bit ouchy, but comparable to other salon quality haircare lines. The alchemic silver (purple shampoo for blondes) is the GOAT. I also love the OI line (the oil is the best). I would love for them to launch a scalp serum.

Unfortunately the colour that arrived was not the same as the colour in their photos. I couldn't replace my order due to some out of stock items so I ended up having to do a return. Customer service was lovely though.

This is all branding and marketing. Love the idea but the active ingredients (Avobenzone (3%), Homosalate (10%), Octisalate (5%), Octocrylene (10%)) are a no for me. If you want clean, mineral based SPF, this is not it.

LOVE the high-waisted thong. It's like all I can wear now. I've transitioned to leakproof underwear and no longer use tampons (very very rarely) for my health and the health of the planet, and I love that Knix tests their materials for PFAs (forever plastics). The ongoing lawsuit is a bit worrisome, but for now I trust their transparency.

Kind of surprised by all the positive reviews. Bailey Nelson is fine if you're looking for a cheap option, but you get what you pay for on this one. My lenses scratched so easily. The nose pad came off within a couple months. I wasn't overly thrilled. Customer service is lovely though and I continue to use them for online contact lens orders.

Expensive but mostly worth it! Honestly they just do such a damn good job. So many adorable options. The plushies are innovative, original, and soft AF. I've never seen a plushie chicken look so adorable. Of course I wish I wasn't dropping $35 - $50 every time, but hey, you pay for quality.

The pink deodorant (I think it's like coconut vanilla but not sure the name they use) is AMAZING. Its my absolute favourite natural deodorant. Smells yummy, works great -- and I'm a very active person. Lost one star because it's not available / doesn't ship to Canada and I can't get it when I'm here.

I love smart sweets. The products are yummy and I love the fibre rich product. I wish more products were gelatin-free (or at least certified grass-fed gelatine) given that the farming industry can be a dirty, cruel place. But I stick to the fish and they're delicious! This is my go-to when I need a sweet treat and don't want a sugar headache!
