I have 3 away suitcases and I like them all. They do get scuffed up but that's to be expected. I will say they are so popular now that you need to have it clearly marked with a ribbon or sticker or tag or something. Otherwise you risk getting the wrong bag or someone else grabbing your bag at baggage claim.

I like the colors and the look. However, I bought the carry on with the laptop sleeve which I think does not have as much space as the one without the laptop case in the front. Also overpriced for what it is which is just a carry on. Probably would not buy another.

Quality products. but for that price, not sure if it's worth it!

I wanted an away bag for the longest time and finally bit the bullet and bought one. Since owning it I have traveled on over 200 flights with it and it has held up. It's been gate-checked, thrown, and still works. My only complaint is that the wheels get rough from so much use. Overall really happy with it.

While this product is reliable it is overrated in its category due to the fact that there is nothing that makes it stand out at its price point. Excellent colorways!

Beautiful suitcases and love the functionality of the charge pack! They do scratch easily but are strong and durable.

Their suitcases last! Took their carry on on my last trip and it did really well.

I’m obsessed with my Away suitcase! I purchased a Pantone Classic Blue carry-on suitcase in 2020, and it still looks brand new after being used on countless flights! The bag is durable, easily fits into overhead compartments, and super sleek. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it! The battery pack also works great; it can charge my phone 10+ times on a single charge.

Great bag for the most part, but nothing special. This brand offers a fine product but it’s only popular because they threw a ton of their money into marketing.

I think it's a bit overrated. It's a solid luggage container, don't get me wrong, it's great quality, but the cost is kind of crazy for what you are actually getting. I did purchase a backpack for my dad for his birthday last year, he adores it.

Absolutely my favorite suitcases! I now have two sizes in two different colors. The design, the colors, the portable charger everything is just spot on! I always wait until the black friday sale as they usually have GREAT deals! And, all their products also serve as great gifts!

I love my Away carry on. The only thing I miss is the dust bags that used to come with the luggage especially since they scuff so easy - would be nice to protect it while in storage.

i have had my away suitcases for over 5 years and i swear by them. i have gotten my entire family to buy them (at least 10 suitcases!) and everyone loves. i saved up to buy them when I was 21 before studying abroad and i am so happy because at this point they still look great and away has even replaced my big carry on size because i accidentally cracked it. i have the big carry on and the large (wish i got the medium bc the large is reeeeally big but it was good for 3 months of travel which is what i needed it for when i bought it).

I have the full away lineup in pink - and although they advertised this luggage as easy to clean and untarnishable at the beginning, that is certainly not the case. Wear and tear is one thing but the deep scrubbing that you have to do just to give it a good try is a lot. Also, I really hoped that they would include the weight limit indicator like their competitors have in this most recent release, but somehow that didn't make the cut. I have had them for a while and done a decent amount of traveling, and I haven't had any functional issues but definitely not worth the money.

Good bags. Not as good as Monos

Customer service was great but quality not so much, my wheel broke within a year of purchase.

Beautifully designed case and can fit a lot of clothing in. Only reason not for 5 starts is that is it quite a heavy case to begin with so it adds to the total weight of the case when it's full, and when it is full it doesn't roll super smoothly.

I love this luggage! I was gifted my away carry on suitcase almost 6 years ago, and it’s still as good as new. Before Covid I was traveling 3 out of the 4 weeks of each month, so it was out to use, and stayed in tact. Great product that lasts!
