Simple, well-built, and attractive luggage! The wheels are sooooo good

Obsessed with my Away bag. I have the bigger carry on and the large. Pushed the large on a three week trip to Italy with no problems. Highly recommend.

The best parts of this luggage is the aesthetic and life time warranty. You can bang this luggage with no concern. Comparing it to its competitor ,beis, Away has much less utility and it’s more expensive. Something to keep in mind

I use their messenger everywhere bag. I get compliments on it all the time. My every day wear.

I will never buy another suitcase brand. Away has the highest quality suitcases that I’ve never been able to duplicate with another brand

I like how clean and simple Away is. I have their bigger carry on and their medium suitcase. They hold up really well and away has a great warrantee with accommodating customer service and easy repairs process. If you’re an over packer you may struggle with Away suitcases as their hard and rigid shell makes it difficult to pack bulky items.

Best carry-on luggage I've ever owned - I was so impressed with the carry-on that I bought my son, I bought the expanded carry-on for myself, plus the electronics case, the makeup bag, and a set of packing cubes. Believe the hype - high-quality outer shell, wheels are excellent and effortless, and I especially love the way the expandable can accommodate last-minute souvenirs, and even unexpanded I have packed a weeks worth of clothes and toiletries into this bag without a hassle. I've had bags from every high end bag company, but this away carry-on will be my go-to from now on.

The suitcase functions very well and looks nice except for the interior which looks and feels a bit cheap.

Love all my Away products, even if the price point is a little hard to swallow. But I'm out here buying it for family and friends as a gift, so clearly its not that big of a roadblock for me. Currently, I have the Carryon, the Bigger Carryon and the Medium suitcase in coastal blue (as does eveyone else traveling for business on a given day apparantly). What I Love: - You can fit so much stuff in it- but, I dont think this is unique to away/ - Quality of the mechanical elements: zippers - both insiande and outside - are STURDY. Wheels have survived many a cobblestones, mesh netting is perfectly in tact and no issues with the retractable handles. Did notice that my mom's more recent suitcase has a slightly different design to the handle, so wondering if there were issues before - Portable battery pack (althought one broke, but the working one is amazing) - Design elements that are now pretty standard - spinner wheels, hard side, simple construction, comes with laundry bag What I dont Love - Price point - if I didnt already have one of these suitcases, and the strong desire to keep my sets all matching, I would have switched over to a new brand. Prices have sky rocketed since the pandemic, so heres hoping they come back down to a more reasonable price. - OR bring back the perks that made it feel really luxury - like the included plug converters. - Issues with the battery pack - 1/2 of my battery packs broke shortly after I started using it. Since I really only need 1 at a time, its been fine. What is more annoying is that the battery sometimes gets stuck in the suitcase and I have to kick/shake it to loosen it. Not ideal when trying to pop it out at boarding

I’ve had my carryon for 7 years and LOVE it! The rare times I’ve had issues (my fault - i stuffed too much into my suitcase and the compressor snapped), customer service has quickly replied and rectified the problem. I recently got the big checked bag and love it for long trips. Very sleek looking as well.

I have the away bigger carry on and I want to buy the away flex bigger carry on next, it's the only bag I will ever travel with! It's sleek, perfectly functional, amazing quality - I will never not travel with an away bag.

Have the carry on and large luggage. Amazing!

Good overall suitcase. Love that it comes with a lifetime warranty as well. Durable and has an option to expand.

they are worth the hype. i can squeeze so much more into my away luggage then any other brand. durable and tough product that looks great. sleek and modern.

I purchased the larger sized carry on and the largest sized suitcase and I love how lightweight they are, however, the outside scratches so easily that even after the first use, they looked super weathered. I wouldn't purchase another one, and certainly not white again!

Absolutely worth the hype. I love my suitcase and I'll never go back. The dual compartments make it super easy to pack and stay organized and I've been able to take my larger cary-on, on week long trips with ease. Customer service is helpful too and replaced a broken battery for me at no charge. My one complaint is that it is so popular you have to be on the lookout at the airport. The odds someone else has the same bag are high.

My Away suitcase has made trips much more pleasant. I almost never travel without it and have recommended it often.

I have the bigger carry-on and just when I think there's not enough space...it somehow zips shut. Amazing.

THE WHEELS. they make such a difference. the built-in charger is cooler in theory --some airlines have made me take it out in the past?! -- but basically you can run through an airport peacefully with an Away bag and not get derailed by your bag flipping over constantly. well engineered.

I have had this suitcase forever! I have taken it with me to many states and all over the world! It’s a great carry-on, the wheels run, so smoothly, and I can’t imagine my life without this suitcase!
