I had an issue with my package and wrote to their customer service. I got a very prompt response from the founder of the brand herself! She was so understanding and fixed the issue right away. After using the Polish for about a week (not religiously), I thought maybe I was seeing a placebo whitening effect, but my Mom facetimed me and immediately commented that my teeth looked whiter! I feel really good about using this product (even pregnant), given how intentional and natural the ingredients are. Given the efficacy and great customer service, I'll definitely be a regular customer!
