I am very disappointed in this company and I don't even have their product yet, despite having ordered it ten days ago. I reached out to their customer service team and inquired as to why my order hasn't even shipped yet and was told they're out of stock. I asked when they will be shipping my order and was told the "rough estimate" is "probably" next week and that he's "crossing his fingers" for no hiccups. I was also told that all orders placed from December 1st to the 11th, "should" (not will) arrive in time for Christmas, while the website is still guaranteeing orders placed by the end of today (the 12th) will have Christmas delivery. There is no notice on the website of the product being back ordered or out of stock, there is no notice that products are taking 3+ weeks to ship out, and there definitely is no notice that Aerflo employees are crossing their fingers, hoping the products people order will be delivered even though Jay Ar from Aerflow assured me "that the whole Aerflo team is fully aware of the current delivery hiccup". All in all, Aerflo seems like another company just out to take people's money however possible. We'll see if my order ever actually shows up.. I'm curious as to how their cartridge exhance program goes if if just getting the waterbottle in the first place is this much of an issue. Be warned and expect a possible wait of 3+ weeks to get your order.

Really cool product. Easy to use and looks really nice. I wish it could be dishwasher safe, but enjoy that it is fairly easy to clean and good for the environment because of the reusable canisters!! I wonder if I can add flavor?

super excited about this item! i’ve used my aerflo bottle twice now and the water is crisp, fresh and easy to make! i’m already convincing some friends to get one! i feel a lot better knowing where my water comes from and what’s in it. it’s easy to use, but could have used some info on making the water more/less bubbly.

Truly an innovative and fun product! I was a little nervous to try it at first since there are quite a few pieces to put together, but once you do, it’s really cool. Also, the price is super reasonable given the functionality.

I'll admit, I'm addicted to sparkling water. Can't get enough of it whether homemade, in a can or from a poured bottle. So this approach clearly intrigued me... make sparkling water on the go?!? Seriously? I've got to check it out. As promised, it's a super-convenient and eco-friendly sparkling water solution. You can adjust just how sparkled you like it and the quality of every piece of this equation is high-end. And depending on the flavor of the water you put in, it's delicious, especially if the water is cold going in. All in, quite pleased with it although it's a bit pricey in the long run perhaps.

I looove Aerflo - it's honestly such a game changer. It's super easy to use, makes your water perfectly fizzy, and I love that you can re-fizz your water. I use it every day and love adding some fresh lime juice into it.

As someone who irresponsibly leaves a seltzer can or bottle on the counter and then comes back later disappointed, I feel like Aerflo was made for me. The product has paid for itself in the first few months already.

Anyone who likes sparkling water has imagined this concept.. but seeing the mechanics actually work before your eyes makes you appreciate what a feat of engineering this is! Product works incredibly well, and the refill program is convenient.

I do great drinking my quota of water but only if it's carbonated. So my interest was piqued when I came across an ad for Aerflo and didn't hesitate to place an order. I opted for the package with cartridge exchange (the bottle comes with 6 carts). The handy carry case holds 3 carts and does a good job of protecting them during transport. The Aer1 device is easy to load - just drop in and close. I wish the bottle was made of glass but it's BPA free with a wide mouth and the lower portion of the bottle enclosed with stainless steel. Charging the water is easy - tap/short press down on the lid and wait for the audible vent. Once you've given it a couple of presses shake the bottle to mix the C02. I found the carts did a great job of charging the water. According to the company you should be able to get a good handful of bottles charged before you need to swap out the cartridge. Cold water is ideal to get the best results but I like putting in ice cubes. I don't always finish an entire bottle but giving a few taps of the lid will repressurize the bottle keepi my "freshness". Overall, ease of use and bubbles on the ready this has been a great investment in staying hydrated. I wish I had purchased this sooner.

I ordered an Aerflo with the entire bundle. Today, I received the travel case and the CO2 bottles. No bottle--which would have been fine had someone informed me that the key piece to this thing was not coming. And, guess what, I do not know when it's coming, if it's coming and where it is.. Bad custoemr service.

I honestly don't remember life before the Aerflo. Super convenient and affordable way to serve my sparkling water addiction.

I have had my Aer1 system for a few weeks now and am loving the ease of use. I am typically out of my house for long days when I go into my office and it's awesome to be able to switch between still and sparkling all day long. The carrying case is great to pop into my bag to make sparkling water whenever I want. I was loyal to bottled and can sparkling water options for quite some time but with the expense and the latest updates on PFAS, switching to Aerflo has been a no-brainer to be better for the environment and my health!

The Aer1 is a game-changer for sparkling water lovers. Portable and eco-friendly, it's become my daily companion. I love the adjustable carbonation levels and it delivers crisp bubbles 100% of the time. Refill system is very easy and the sustainability benefit is great. Perfect for active lifestyles and reducing plastic waste. Kind of can't believe this hasn't existed until now? Highly recommended!

I have been using the Aerflo system for a while now. It is without a doubt a fantastic product that delvers exactly what it promises. And it is super easy to use. You simply fill the bottle to the indicated level, and push the button on the top of the bottle until you reach your desired level of carbonation. Of course I love how it is portable and allows me to have seltzer water on-demand, but I also enjoy adjusting the level of carbonation according to my mood. Some days I like a lot of bubbles, and other days, not so much. The system allows me to adjust carbonation levels from one bottle to the next. And from time to time, I add some flavorings like a little lime, apple, or orange juice to the water to give it something a little extra. It's really a great product that I use every single day.

So easy to use even my kids love it! Keeps our family hydrated all day. Genius technology, thank you, thank you!

Really like having cold seltzer on the go that I can refill. Would love even larger sizes in the future. Could be great for picnics!

I really love my Aer1! I'm not going to lie, I was pretty skeptical, but after the first bottle you make, it gets easier over time. I take mine everywhere with me now — bookstores, on a hike, to work, etc. I love having the convenience of sparkling water everywhere I go without the hefty price tag of buying a bottle or a can when I leave the house!

Finally a solve for my sparkling water addiction that is personalized (carbonation preference with a few taps), portable, and environmentally friendly. I never leave home without it!

I *love* my Aer1 and take mine everywhere - it's so convenient and easy to use. It definitely gives surprise and delight in my day/day. The capsule return system is also thoughtfully designed, where I can get my new capsules when I'm ready and they don't stack up. Perfect.
