I am very disappointed in this company and I don't even have their product yet, despite having ordered it ten days ago. I reached out to their customer service team and inquired as to why my order hasn't even shipped yet and was told they're out of stock. I asked when they will be shipping my order and was told the "rough estimate" is "probably" next week and that he's "crossing his fingers" for no hiccups. I was also told that all orders placed from December 1st to the 11th, "should" (not will) arrive in time for Christmas, while the website is still guaranteeing orders placed by the end of today (the 12th) will have Christmas delivery. There is no notice on the website of the product being back ordered or out of stock, there is no notice that products are taking 3+ weeks to ship out, and there definitely is no notice that Aerflo employees are crossing their fingers, hoping the products people order will be delivered even though Jay Ar from Aerflow assured me "that the whole Aerflo team is fully aware of the current delivery hiccup". All in all, Aerflo seems like another company just out to take people's money however possible. We'll see if my order ever actually shows up.. I'm curious as to how their cartridge exhance program goes if if just getting the waterbottle in the first place is this much of an issue. Be warned and expect a possible wait of 3+ weeks to get your order.
