I have a tiny house, and a tiny kitchen. However, I want my tiny little house to be organized and efficient. This magnetic coffee filter holder is stuck onto my microwave and makes my mornings just a tad easier and my kitchen counter a tad less cluttered. I love the thoughtful design of Yamazaki Home items.
Have a few home products from Yamazaki because they're apartment friendly and the minimal design is beautiful. Generally quite easy to put together. It's definitely not flimsy but also doesn't quite feel like a "permanent" piece for me since some of the shoe racks / towel ladder feels very light and doesn't anchor to a wall. I also do think it's very expensive for what it's worth. Seeing a lot of $100+ pieces that I would prefer to pay $70-80.
I’ve been eyeing Yamakazi for a long time but haven’t made a purchase yet. Their beautiful simple designs, many engineered for small spaces, is something I’ve admired. I finally found a purpose to purchase on of their products from The Container Store- a jewelry stand. I love it- it’s not just simple and eye-catching- they put these little touches to make it more effective. For example, a rubber mat on the bottom of the stand and grips on the bottom so it doesn’t slide easily. Yes their products are slightly more expensive but pretty well crafted.
I bought a simple metal storage tower from Yamazaki Home, and it’s made such a difference in my guest bathroom. It neatly hides all the unsightly essentials, extra toilet paper, cleaning supplies, random toiletries, and does it in a way that looks sleek and intentional. The design is minimal but super functional, and perfect for small spaces where every inch counts. Yamazaki really nails that blend of form and function.
