I recently discovered Wooden Spoon Herbs at a local clean beauty shop in Nashville, Lemon Laine. I purchased the Rose Colored Glasses - eases the mind and lifts the mood and the Tranquility Tonic - soothes nerves and calms stress. They’re easy to consume from the dropper and I have used throughout my day based on my stress level. I enjoyed so much, I went back and purchased the Magic Magnesium which tastes great (I enjoy over ice) and works well to calm the nerves. I purchased the packets which are great for travel and have now purchased the jar for in the home. I am excited to try the Brain Bloom and Stress Savior capsules.
