  • Their products are exceptional, but unfortunately that is meaningless when the delivery service they use is completely useless. ANC makes no attempts to actually deliver your products, something I have never seen from a delivery company before. WGAC organised redelivery 3 times after the first and, even after providing them with directions to the delivery bays right near my place, each time they’d take a random photo of the street 300m up the road from my home and any that delivery could not be attempted.

  • First time I have ordered the bamboo toilet paper and think I’ll stick with it. It has a more luxurious feel than the recycled toilet paper and isn’t much more expensive . My family gave it a thumbs up so this will be my go to from now on.

  • I subscribe and receive a box full of the best toilet paper my family and I have ever used AND the wrappers are colorful which adds a bit of fun to an otherwise very functional space. My young grandchildren have had great success getting themselves clean using this tissue. It is not overly thick but it has the strength not to shred or tear. A rolls lasts longer than other commercial rolls and there is peace of mind knowing we have a huge stash in the house. It saved us during the pandemic. It continues to be cost effective for my senior limited budget.

  • Absolutely love this product. Not only is it great for the environment but great for your pocket to as it lasts ages . Always a talking point when friends come over . Just love the packaging and the fact it changes ie: Xmas .. got a subscription, it’s soooooo worth it !

  • This toilet paper was a great discovery! Love the company’s mission and its eco- friendliness. Wish it was just a bit softer, but all-in-all, it does the job well. Would recommend, and have recommended it enthusiastically.

  • Love this toilet paper. The thickness and the fact that this is sustainable. Plus who doesn't love the name of the company? PS. Great tissues too.no plastic on the box!

  • Been a user since the company's first toddler toileting start. Love the product's usefulness supporting sanitation projects and that thought makes each wipe worthwhile and good value. Plus I get a smile out of their corporate sense of humour.

  • I absolutely love this toilet paper. It is stronger than regular toilet. I use less paper when wiping and it lasts longer. I promise I just can’t go back to regular toilet. Did I mention it is pretty 🤩

  • I’ve been using this toilet paper since 2020 I believe. Maybe longer. I love that it helps give back but also the box having so many rolls it something I don’t think about. I have it on subscription and it shows up when we’re low on TP.

  • Love their business model (50 % of profits go to sanitation projects globally), their quirky communication style and great environmentally sustainable products. And the comfort of having it home delivered. Flexible ordering is great.

  • I have tried the recycled TP and although good, it was a little thin for me, so I went for the Bamboo TP and have now signed up for deliveries. It is thicker and I like the fact that it is individually wrapped it looks great in the bathroom, and the main thing is being more planet friendly. The only thing I would like is a change in the wrapping occasionally that would make a nice change.

  • Love this t paper and the fact that I am helping nature and other people by using it. Highly recommend. And no plastics at all in packaging!

  • I do not like this paper nearly as much as the original 3-ply 100% recycled paper you used to sell. It was perfect for in home use and with an RV. The current rolls appear to have way less sheets on a roll, and are only 2 ply!!! Please bring back the original!!! I may just go back to something I can buy at Walmart. :(

  • A great brand - good quality toilet paper and you feel like you're doing good!

  • Love these loo rolls. Didn’t expect them to be so soft and the fact they last so much longer than the cheaper brand. It’s not a bargain if it doesn’t last longer than a day!

  • I can’t use any other toilet paper. It is the best quality and the customer service cannot be beat. I’ll never use any other toilet paper.

  • Hi. The tissues are great, and I love saving trees, but sorry, I can’t cope with the new box colours. I’ve emailed WGAC about it. I live in a small granny flat, and want my tissues to blend in, not jump out at you. I realise they had been the same colours for ten years, and understood why most people would like them. I can cope with the toilet roll colours because they aren’t seen. Although I did ask why they needed to be wrapped individually. I’ll have a think about what I’m going to do when this lot of tissues is finished.

  • Nothing compares to WGAC. I give it away in my shops gift bags. People love it. I love the fun wraps they do. It's softer and better than most TP out there.

  • Initially hooked by the clever marketing, but now a loyal customer! I love everything about this product—great quality, packaging and especially the mission to provide proper sanitation to those without toilets. As a missionary’s kid, I traveled to many Third World countries and have seen firsthand the dire need for this. Thanks for “giving a crap!”

  • Everything has been great! From ordering, shipping, festive wraps to a clean bottom! 10/10 will continue to support their cause.
