Do not order from this company. I’ve made several attempts to get a proof, with no response or solution. Asked for a refund since I couldn’t seem to get anywhere and keep getting the same circular response saying “we’ve resent your proof” but no proof is found. I simply asked for a refund and now can’t seem to get anywhere. I’ve used this company in the past with no issues but this appears to be a common theme now with them. I would highly NOT recommend.
First, who doesn't want a hand-illustrated, framed picture of their BFF?! Second, GREAT customer service. I have used them twice now. Once for my family dog Rocky, after he passed away, and the other for my firecracker Philip. The Philip one came fucked up (must have been a printing issue). However, after reaching out to customer service, they immediately reprinted and sent me a new one, and included a free custom mug.

I love my portraits! Ordered 2 more recently for my newly added pets and I couldn’t be happier! Customer service was outstanding in helping me get just the right photos and I received them pretty quickly as well. I would recommend!

I ordered 2 pet portraits weeks before Christmas and as you can see they gave them both the same name!! Duh… common sense, they have none! Of course the corrected picture never made it before Christmas and they could have cared less. Customer service has no phone number and NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! Save your money and find someone else who can do the same thing better!!!
