  • I don't think I can ever go back to getting glasses or sunglasses anywhere else besides Warby. The frames are such high quality on top of being so reasonably priced. I also love that you can take your pair in at any time for a tightening, cleaning, etc free of charge. They have such a great variety of styles, ranging from classic to trendy.

  • I love my warby Parker glasses. They’re so infinitely chic and go well with anything I put on. On the practical side - they’re super well priced and durable (I’m so clumsy) Whenever they feel a little loose I go into the store and they tighten them up with no issue. Iv had the same pair for 5 years and absolutely love them.

    One of the pairs I have won't stay on the top of my head. As a mom I am always throwing my sunglasses on my head and when I bend down to tie my kids shoes (for example) they always fall off.

  • I have purchased two pairs of sunglasses, and one pair of vision glasses (I have pretty bad vision). In terms of the sunglasses, they were a super easy purchase as I didn't have them include a prescription as I wear contact lenses. I bought those and was out of the store. In terms of the prescription lenses...I was nervous about ordering them from a place like Warby when I would always get my glasses from my optician. I took Warby Parker my prescription, and they took a quick measurement and placed the order. When my glasses arrived, everything was blurry. I went back to the shop, and they immediately noticed the error - the measurement they took was wrong and they didn't correctly measure how the glasses would sit on my face. They took those glasses and immediately corrected them free of charge, and were very kind and helpful in the process. Very much worth the money!

  • I've been wearing glasses since second grade, and I'm so thankful that Warby launched right around the time I entered puberty and started wanting frames that were "cooler" than my previous nerdy wire-frame ones. The home try-on program was a game-changer, and I appreciate that they have a variety of low bridge fit options for my flat, bridgeless Asian nose. Plus, I've only had lovely experiences inside their brick and mortar stores; getting my frames adjusted has been extremely quick and easy — I'm in and out of there in 10 minutes tops.

    As I said these are my second pair of glasses from WB. When I went to select frames for the second pair the sales person asked me if I liked my current glasses. I explained that they slip on my nose and I’m constantly pushing them up. She asked if she could adjust them and wow, what a difference. I almost hate to get new ones. I think the laid back staff might want to upsell some of their skills and remind people they can get adjustments.

    Fixing insurance linkages with workplaces will continue to be the biggest unlock for customers (and therefore Warby Parker). Make it easy for people to reimburse their Warby Parker payments with corporate eye insurance.

  • I’ve been a fan of WB since the beginning. As a long-time glasses wearer, purchasing new glasses was always a stressful event. There was so much ambiguity in the cost and it seemed impossible to get a cute pair of glasses for less than $400. We’ll, warby solved that. Not only do they have great prices (under a hundred bucks!!), they have an amazing assortment of stylish frames. I’ve found shopping both online or in-store to be a pleasant experience.
