  • Stylish, contemporary frame designs
  • Seamless home try-on experience
  • Helpful, knowledgeable staff
  • Durable, long-wearing options
  • Easily smudging, scratch-prone lenses
  • Loosening screws and hinges
  • Inconsistent fit for low bridges

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • Easy use of the app, and great quality glasses. I love that they have low nose bridge options as well, they are hard to find at most places. The glasses are super comfortable and stylish, i wish that they had some trendier options though.

  • I love their selection! My favorite part is actually getting the product and being able to see which one you like best is innovating

  • I had a good experience. Easy to use, quick shipping, and cute glasses! A little pricy for me though.

  • Great service and amazing product! Have had my frames for 4 years and still going strong. Super simple process as well!

  • These glasses are pretty stylish but expensive. I got the black square frames, which I think are pretty sleek/modern. They go well with pretty much any outfit, but the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is the price.

  • Affordable, durable. Stylish selection. Have purchased four pairs over the past 10 yers.

  • I’m a contact lens wearer who isn’t hard to please when it comes to my glasses, since I don’t wear them too often. But I’ve been super pleased with both pairs of glasses I’ve ordered from Warby Parker. I’m not too careful with them and they’ve stood the test of time. I’ll never buy frames from the optometrist again.

  • It’s just so easy, why would you go anywhere else? I have six pairs.

  • fast shipping and glasses fit great. I recommend to friends all the time when they ask about them.

  • I’ve been solely wearing Warby Parker glasses for probably the last 6-7 years. Love how stylist and affordable they are. Recently got a pair of sunglasses as well which I love.

  • While I like the idea of having frames shipped directly to your home to try on, it seemed like 3 out of 10 pairs weren't available.

    Feedback

I feel like now that WP has ventured into the brick and mortar space, the online division is beginning to suffer.

  • I have had my sunglasses for 6 years, now, and they have remained scratch free and sturdy! I love that they have a variety of styles - both unique and more classic.

  • High quality and I like the stores, especially the one that's the next town over from me. Easy to order, takes my insurance... cheaper frames mean I can get extras or sunglasses without breaking the bank. The employees are also super helpful. I haven't done eye exams there yet because I have a regular eye doc but my friends like it. Love the styles and hope they never go out of business.

  • My favorite glasses brand. I love that you can try them on at home and take your time to see what you like. I have two pairs and they've definitely stood the test of time. I do wish they had more 'narrow' options though.

    Feedback

I suggest trying the 'narrow' sizes if you have a smaller face.
