They have cute styles but I find that they’re largely for narrower face shapes and don’t work so well on my wider temples. I wish the size ranges of the frames was more expansive.

I love the customer service - both in stores and online, I am greeted with kind customer service professionals that are eager to support my needs. I love how easy it is to integrate my updated prescription with existing frames for a small fee. The at home try on makes frame shopping easy and much less overwhelming - and the virtual try on online gives me a good idea of what I think will look best in advance.

I’ve given these as a gift and the buying experience was really smooth. I’ve also learned that the person who received the gift has continued to have positive experiences with the brand. With or without a prescription, the gifting experience is great when it could very well be difficult.

I Love Warby Parker!!! They were the reason I stopped purchasing expensive prescription glasses from my local eye stores. The best part is the ability to select 5 frames to try at home before you purchase. The prices are fair, including if you get transitions, and other add ins, and it ships fast. They also have lots of different styles to fit anyone's face/style.

I helped my elderly and technologically challenged parents order new glasses and went incredibly smoothly. They make the process easy for all ages and tech abilities. My father likes the in person experience more so after ordering the sample glasses to be shipped to his house he loved that he was able to go into the store after to talk to some professionals. Meanwhile my mom also used the in-app try on feature and ordered a few to sample. They both rave about the quality of their glasses and ease of purchasing. Highly recommend, glad warby Parker has created a durable product and helped older generations with technology advancements.
