I’ve gone to Warby Parker for glasses for about three years now and I love them so much! Good quality, beautiful styles and their customer service (both online and in person) is super helpful.

having confidence in glasses has always been a struggle for me but the quality of these glasses is unmatched. I get compliments on my gold frames everywhere I go! Not to mention their online and instore support is amazing! Love how they make my face look!

I purchased two pairs of glasses from Warby Parker after doing the at home try on. It was so easy and affordable and I love the styles they had to offer. It was great that they offer different sizes and have a user friendly app to measure your pupil distance and online tools that let you try on the glasses. I highly recommend! They also take many types of insurance, which is great!

I have 3 pairs of Warby Parker’s and absolutely love them! Not only is the quality and design exactly what I was hoping for, the customer experience was above and beyond! I had various questions around shipping time, return policy, what if I need just the lens changed, differences in blue light lens vs. not etc. I also needed guidance on how to upload my prescription. I worked with multiple different customer service reps and with all of them I had an amazing experience. They were kind, helpful and patient with me! Definitely loyal to Warby and highly recommend. Also love that I can order different pairs to try without paying for them! Such a great way to make sure I get the best pair for me!

I love Warby Parker the glasses are high quality, look great, and their customer service is truly amazing. I’ll never buy glasses from a brick and mortar shop again (unless it’s a WP store lol).

I love Warbs, I don’t like being in public and I like getting things in the mail so this is perfect. Easy and fun.

Full disclosure: I got all my glasses with an employee STEEP discount. Not any better or worse than the cheap glasses you find online but I can definitely tell the difference with my other glasses from a better brand. Before I had the WP hook up, I disregarded the brand for no reason other than they're nothing special, and now that I don't get the discount I'll stop buying from them. You can find more unique glasses on sale/clearance from other places. I can see how it scratches an itch for some people, but they're just basic to me.

I finally decided to pull the plug and try Warby Parker after being dissatisfied with the limited frame options at my opticians and the exorbitant costs of these frames. I did the at home try on and found a few pairs I loved. I decided to order a frame with all the bells and whistles and am very happy! The only issue I had is that the colors do not show up well on the virtual app so I fell in love with the virtual color but the actual color was very different.

I love their glasses and return policy although I didn’t like my contact exam I felt that the Dr was pushy and uneducated the product itself is worth it.

love that you can try on multiple frames at home before committing. i love their options and think they're a great company to get glasses from!

I'm so thankful to have found this brand! I have a crazy prescription and have needed glasses my whole life. Previously, it's always been so expensive to get glasses because of this. Enter Warby Parker! Not only are their glasses affordable with modifications, but they're fun and stylish! I have owned 2 pairs now, got my husband on board with ordering some too. They're always comfortable and hold up well with daily wear + travel days. Their customer support online and in stores is also a reason to keep coming back!!

This my first pair of glasses. I went in for tested and purchased my glasses and I’m in love with them and the quality of the product.

Great selection of glasses and sunglasses, including pairs for low bridge noses. They include all measurements and show you how to measure yourself. I got my first pair 7 years ago and I’m still using them. The return process is very simple, customer service is very Nordstrom. Also, the option to get samples sent to you to try on makes everything so much better!

Warby Parker frames are the best I've ever worn. Their low bridge fit line are the only glasses that don't slide off my nose. Their frames are also the cutest!!! So many trendy and classic styles to chose from for regular glasses and sunglasses.

I love Warby Parker, and how easy they’ve made purchasing glasses. I think they have a really great selection which always seems to be on trend. In my experience they always tend to have a friendly, and helpful staff and they’re always in nice locations. Clean bright and cheery

Low cost and very good if single focus lens. But progressive lenses are not high quality - not sharp. Also transition point (from reading to distance) is not usually at the correct place; so in other words, having an option measure you provides a better result.

The quality of sun blockage was pretty good but I found the flatness of the frames a little cheap looking. For the amount you would be paying I have seen much better designs with just as good quality of sun blocking.
