Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

I love going into a Warby Parker store and trying on different glasses! I go once a year and always find the associates helpful in narrowing down a style for the year. Long-time glasses wearers know you can't beat their prices!
The in person experience is great but the home Try-On option is game changer!

I love their option to try before you buy. Not all specs look good on me even if I may love the style.
I love WP glasses. They have every style & trend, and have so many options for difficult customers like me that have to be picky because of all the headaches they get. They make so many styles that feel light/almost weightless. Gamechanger.
Warby Parker is my favorite eyewear brand. I have about 4-5 pairs. Infact, most of family wears them. The design and color selection is awesome! I get lots of compliments when I get new prescriptions. Your stores are inviting, and your virtual shopping is very convenient.
I appreciate that I can always stop in to a store to get an adjustment for my glasses - my big head stretches them out all the time.
Honestly the frames were very sturdy, and the fact that the customer service was so on point when I had scratches on my lenses and got my glasses the next day was superb! Would recommend
I've used WP for many years and constantly get compliments on my glasses.

The glasses are great. I only have a mild prescription, but their whole team has been so helpful with any adjustments I’ve wanted. So many choices and it’s great you can go into the store to try frames on. I’ve actually also gotten my eye exam which also was great.
I really love Warby Parker's try-on model! I've definitely tried on a few glasses in the past and didn't commit to buying any, and I love that I was able to learn more about the items I was considering before actually making that commitment. They are pricier than other online glasses retailers, but obviously, you're getting a more tailored experience — and of course, there are in-person retail stores in cities around the country! As far as the glasses themselves go, I can definitely tell that these are well-made. I've purchased prescription frames from other online glasses retailers, and these have held up the best over time.

Warby parker and I go way back and if I had written this review two or three years ago it would be 5 stars. The perks of the home try on and their return policy are why I keep coming back, but as they've grown their quality feels like it has plummeted. My newer lenses have scratched more easily than they used to, I've had two different frames break on me with normal use, and the rubber pads on the nose piece of my sunglasses have fallen off on an original AND a replacement pair. Got tons of compliments on them but $200 prescription sunglasses that can't be comfortably worn for more than a year aren't why I used to shop at Warby Parker. Until a store opens up closer to me I'll probably hesitate before buying again.

I love that you can try before you buy. Nice styles and affordable prices. Been using them for the past ten years and will continue to do so.
Love the stylish, modern options. Good quality. Glasses case didn’t hold up but overall satisfied and would use them again!
Love the variety and quality of the frames! They’re just a little expensive but a good investment
I really like that you get to test the glasses before you actually purchase them. Such a great idea!
I have had Warby Parker frames (both glasses and sunglasses) for years. They hold up well (I drop them constantly) and there are tons of stylish options. I love that each style comes in different sizes. And I mostly appreciate the at-home try-on so I don't have to go IRL. Customer service in-store is super helpful and friendly. Pricing is pretty affordable IMO.
Love the frames I’ve gotten from Warby! They have really cute options and the frames are pretty durable. They do tend to need a fit adjustment after a year or two of wear but it’s been really easy to take care of that in the stores

I’ve worn Warby Parker’s Haskell glasses for a few years now and I really appreciate the aesthetics of the frame and the ease with which I was able to purchase them. My only critique would be that these glasses started sliding down my nose several months after I started to wear them. I wish there was an option to add nose bridge pads to prevent that from happening.
I wore this brand for 3 months then frame cracked and there were no warranty for an expensive glasses.
all of my glasses are from warby Parker! I love the at home try on feature but THANK GOD they put a physical store near me. I'm like a kid in a candy store. the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I feel like every single time I get a new pair, the lenses get scraped up so easily. besides that, they rock.
