  • Durable, long-wearing options
  • Easily smudging, scratch-prone lenses

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • Fun, affordable, not precious but important! Love being able to try on in store, or the sample kit they send to test 5 pairs.

  • Great quality glasses and superb customer service.

  • I've gotten all my glasses form Warby Parker for the past 5+ years! SO many more styles to choose from than the traditional eye doctor. I love the free try-on box, makes it so easy to find your fav style. Employees in the brick-and-mortar stores are so helpful, too.

  • My go to for fun trendy glasses on my budget. Fast and convenient.

  • I've been using Warby Parker for almost 15 years, their glasses helped me feel confident wearing glasses in the first place. I've gotten three or four new pairs over the years and have loved each one. The customer service has always been outstanding and the home try-on option really is as convenient as it sounds. I give four stars instead of five for a few reasons. I've started looking in other places in recent years as other brands have also become affordable (sometimes more so). Their styles can be somewhat limited compared to other brands — I used to not mind this because it felt less overwhelming, and I could always find something I loved even within the narrower selection, but last time I needed a new pair of glasses I couldn't find anything I liked and ended up going elsewhere. If you're someone who also has a small face, you might run into a similar situation, but maybe just a preference thing :) Also, they are somewhat affordable, but if you are someone who (like me) has a bad prescription and needs thicker lenses, the price starts to really add up and it can become way more expensive than other brands, which has also pushed me to look elsewhere. In terms of contacts, they don't have yet contacts for astigmatism, so I have yet to try them.

  • Liked the experience and the price point but the frame choices were limited for someone with a lower bridge and I ended up not wearing the glasses as much because they were too heavy.

  • Super easy to use the site on my own and have had my glasses for two years with no issues!

  • Great glasses and program. I love the try on program before buying and their stores are great for help as well. The mission of the company is definitely worth supporting.

  • Just got my third pair of Warby's and i love them! I'm super blind (+7.5 / +5.5) and they're incredibly affordable and the delivery is fast. If I dont use warby, my glasses cost about $750... but using them, it's less than $300 for high index lenses.

  • I love Warby Parker's glasses and I've been wearing their contacts for almost two years. In terms of their actual products, I love their glasses and think they're quite high-quality. I've been in several of their stores in Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C., and I've found that their staff isn't always the most friendly or eager to help you out. Warby Parker also has the worst online customer service. I've had several instances of trying to order contacts and Warby Parker hasn't told me that my HSA card didn't work or my insurance didn't cover an appointment. I often had to call them to find out why my contacts had arrived. While their products are great, the lack of friendliness and good customer service is really horrible.

  • Got my prescription on my glasses wrong and gave me glasses that were too strong Also limited low bridge options

  • I've stuck with Warby Parker for about 12 years, and these glasses are my all-time favorites. The timeless design and durability make them a reliable choice. Swapping out lenses instead of buying new frames has been convenient, and I appreciate the diverse frame options they offer. The "Buy a Pair, Give a Pair" program adds a meaningful touch to their commitment to giving back. Warby Parker strikes a perfect balance between style, longevity, and philanthropy.

  • High quality, on trend glasses. I always trust the quality of Warby Parker glasses and their customer service is amazing. Their staff is great at helping you choose frames, adjusting and cleaning them, and quickly ordering replacement parts.

  • I am currently wearing my weekend pair of clear glasses-- that are 6 years old! They're perfect and they still look hip and cool. I love going to the store, I love trying on new pairs and I love the fact that the stores will adjust my glasses for free. The virtual try on works fine-- but it's really not as good as real life. The price is right, they've got good styles and I think my only complaint is that the styles aren't interesting enough. They're more bland than they need to be.

  • I love the option to try on glasses at home, which is so convenient and saves a trip to multiple eyewear stores

  • I’ve bought glasses about five times from Warby Parker. Good quality and they make it easy to get reimbursed by insurance.

  • Highest quality with very stylish options that are less expensive than other brands. I bought 3 pairs - tortoise shell, clear, and teal colored frames for home, work, and car - that I used to fill my prescription. The staff was wonderful and knowledgeable. I trusted their guidance. My glasses have lasted 6 years without loosening and my frames do not have a single scratch. My eyesight hasn't degraded and my frames are still in style. I love them!

  • I have two pairs of glasses and a pair of non-prescription sunglasses. As someone with a small face, I appreciate how easy the company makes it to explore several fits of one style while offering plenty of options to choose from. My original pair has been going strong for a couple of years now but has recently started to show slight signs of wear. They are black and a spot near my left ear is chipping away a little and exposing the silver color underneath.
