This is one of those wellness products where I find it minimally disruptive (I.e., it is easy to take, no flavor, blends easily into liquids coffee whatever it may be) but I’m not sure it actually does anything. Nothing outright bad but I’ve heard collagen is destroyed by your gut and the actual benefits are questionable. Not a must.

Vital Proteins has the best collagen (if you ask me). The new packaging is made from cardboard though and falls apart right after opening it. It's also difficult (if you don't end up tearing the container completely) to put the lid back on without getting it stuck in the container! I understand wanting more sustainable packaging but the plastic old one worked so much better for the consumers!

I use their collagen. It dissolves well and is tasteless which is what I want in a collagen. 4 stars because it’s pricey.
