I ordered medium. It is actually orange. Since I don’t have an orange face, I’m dissatisfied. I couldn’t get anywhere with their “customer service,” so I disputed with my bank card. Very frustrating! I did like how the product went on but unless it is the right shade, it doesn’t matter. They also told me how they have no warehouses in the USA and it will cost more than $48 to send it back. Funny since they charged $6.90 to send it to me!

The make up is actually nice but I will not buy from this company again after the hoops customer support has put me through for a resolution to issues with the product inconsistency in color. The same shade/color I have ordered several times is never consistent in color and it is beyond frustrating that customer service is not helpful with this issue. They did respond and gave me "an exception code" to use for a lighter color replacement of 1 of the 3 bottles of foundation I bought (all a different shade each time for the same color selected) and when I tried to use the " exception code" at check out is says "wrong code" I have emailed them four (4) times now regarding this and they sent a new code three time, none of which worked and all of which gave me the "wrong code" when trying to use the promo codes provided. The last email to them today, bounced back as non-deliverable. What a scam. Do not buy from this company if you want decent customer service. Once you buy it, and they send the wrong color, they will not send a replacement, but they will send a code for you to try to use over and over that does not work. Amanda w. USA

I purchased 5 products hoping to love them but I have experienced skin irritation on more than one application and I am currently nursing a rash along my neck and upper chest areas. My bad that I had not read the return policy prior to purchase (no returns/refunds and no exchanges for another product) so I am out $150 plus on this purchase. The company has been so slow to respond to my inquires. They have sent the standard "we will get back to you" email reply and "our english speaking rep is not in the office at this time". I would warn you about making a purchase from this company - my experience has been disapointing both with the products and customer service.

I have been using the cleanser and moisturiser for Ae+ skin type for just under a week and I can already see a difference, I have tried many different brands and ingredients that were recommended but never worked this has massively reduced the redness through acne and acne scars. I used to have a line in my chin where I always get spots that’s now gone. I am made up with how well the routine is working for me. I also have sensitive skin and many products can be quite stripping and make me acne worse through over sensitisation from ingredients but this is just right and reduced my sebum production. Amazing. Thankyou.

I couldn’t tell you about the product itself because I never received my order. Their customer service is not helpful at all. They never gave me a resolution, I kept getting a response from a different representative, I was so frustrated at one point I got a little rude. The tracking number only says it made it to New York. Why sell to the U.S if it’s too much of a problem? I sent 2 more emails today. Let’s see if I get a response. I have a few more options to try. I am not trying to take a loss, especially when it isn’t my fault. All I did is place an order now I have all this drama and frustration. Not worth it.

Don’t buy from the website. As far as I can tell, there are no stores in the U.S. I wouldn’t even consider doing business with them unless they have a representative in the US or a phone number in the US. At least a live representative.

Ordered the tinted face serum and a few other products. Other products were so-so, but I can live with them (not my favorite, not wonderful, but probably not worth returning), The face serum was very orangey on me. I contacted the company to ask for an exchange or refund. They indicated that since they are in France they can't exchange a product, and they are not willing to offer a refund. I will not order from them again based on terrible customer care.

If you are outside France, order with caution. They don't care if you are not satisfied; they are happy to take your money and that's it. The company needs to figure out US distribution if they are going to try to do business here.

The packaging and creative is absolutely fantastic. Mailer felt high quality. I didn't like the plastic bottles for facial sprays - felt a bit cheap. Some of the products were also of varying quality - I loved the daily moisturiser but didn't like some of the single ingredient products such as the serums. Price is undoubtedly fantastic.

At first the products looked fantastic! So excited to try this brand. The lip oil is lovely. The sunscreen dries the skin. The biggest disappointment was the tinted serum. Gorgeous for the first 2 weeks and then within 4 weeks it turned so rancid. It actually smells like cheese! I contacted Typology and they basically told me that they don’t accept unsatisfactory complaints. Definitely a brand I won’t use again or purchase from. Terrible customer service!

Like others, I too was enticed by this brands amazing Instagram and appeal of it all. When I got my package I was a little bit surprised to see that the bottles were not glass and just had stickers on them. The products were OK, I am a beauty junkie and love to purchase new skin care all the time. I don’t think the products were bad and I enjoy the ingredients but I think I was a little bit misled by thinking that this would be a higher quality than it was. I don’t think the brand is bad but I do think they do a great job at advertising

This brand is my favorite for anything skincare. It's got great packaging design and overall feels luxurious. It comes well packed and the shipping is quick coming from France. They have very natural ingredients and none of the smells are strong nor offensive. These products are great if you want to feel good and not break the bank. Loved the moisturizer, cleaning cleanser, and the chemical exfoliant cleanser.

Clearer wording on what it is you are buying is always welcome. It can take a while to try to figure out what a product is.

I was using their products, for several years. I can't confirm whether they were very effective as they were used in tandem with other brands, however, the customer service is absolutely appalling. After several years of repeat purchases, they screwed something up, took a week to respond, and then apologized profusely but refused to compensate me for my lost time and money. You get to know a company when they get something wrong. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
