Mindful Blend Sparkling Drink

I've tried a few flavors of these drinks, and I can't say that I felt any difference after drinking them. The taste of them is fairly good, but the price is still kind of high for not getting any sort of effect.

It’s ok, doesn’t make me feel very mindful. But man that is some strong and spicy ginger flavor. It gave me some heartburn. I tried the other cucumber mint and it was ok too. I think it’s a good product but not for me.

The cucumber mint Trip is my favorite Trip beverage. It has adaptogens to help you relax and is delicious over ice. The flavor of the cucumber mint is so delicious and refreshing. It’s a nice relaxing evening drink. They come with a trial of the calm app at the moment.
