Im 2 days into taking these pain pills. I take 2 in the morning for my fibromayalgia, endometriosis, and chronic constipation which lessens. I suffer from alot of health issues and i cant wait to further see how these pain pills take away my pain. They also have caffeine in them. The coolest part is that they are a bright red jelly color in a pill .

I think this is a great product in theory and in mission. I purchased it to help alleviate severe period cramps which I experience monthly. It does help, but my cramps are so severe that I do need to take Trelli alongside normal pain medicine e.g. Tylenol in order to have sufficient pain relief. I've yet to test it on other issues e.g. headaches, but I would like to. I will continue to use the product but I'm not sure I will re-purchase yet.

I used it when I had a headache and period pain and it worked so well! I was surprised how fast but also clean the product is itself. Would recommend!

It works! As someone who struggles with daily headaches and migraines it’s so nice to try to take things alternate to Tylenol or Advil alllllll the time. So, I will repeat - it helps and it works and I recommend it. The only reason it’s not 5 stars for me is that I get heartburn with this - so I can’t take it before bed or lying down - that’s just me and my gentle body and thought it was worth sharing in case anyone else has GERD or heartburn like me.

It was ok for slight body aches and small headaches but I did not notice a difference when taking with my migraines or lower back issues. This would be good for those with minor aches and pains who did not want to take stronger medication.
