Im 2 days into taking these pain pills. I take 2 in the morning for my fibromayalgia, endometriosis, and chronic constipation which lessens. I suffer from alot of health issues and i cant wait to further see how these pain pills take away my pain. They also have caffeine in them. The coolest part is that they are a bright red jelly color in a pill .

I bought this product from their website. I like that they get to the root cause. I read what they are about and am impressed on the product that is natural and no side effects. It seems that side effects are worse then what you have. I did, however, have a headache and it went away pretty fast after taking this. They are coming up with gut relief which I have lots of trouble with and will try that when it comes out.

I think this is a great product in theory and in mission. I purchased it to help alleviate severe period cramps which I experience monthly. It does help, but my cramps are so severe that I do need to take Trelli alongside normal pain medicine e.g. Tylenol in order to have sufficient pain relief. I've yet to test it on other issues e.g. headaches, but I would like to. I will continue to use the product but I'm not sure I will re-purchase yet.

I used it when I had a headache and period pain and it worked so well! I was surprised how fast but also clean the product is itself. Would recommend!
