At first I was so annoyed by this gift. You have to download an app, there's a learning curve to it, and my baby couldn't care less about it. But now he's two+ and we've gotten the hang of it. He's in a good phase of playing independently, and he can zone out with the tonies or have it on in the background while playing with blocks for hours (jk, minutes. But it feels like hours when I can just be in a separate room and sit down.) As he gets into new characters from books and movies we can order the corresponding tony and he gets so excited!
