Three Wishes Cereal makes 100% plant-based, high protein, and low sugar breakfast cereal that is grain-free and gluten-free.

They say good things come in threes...as luck would have it, so did we - and then we had Jonah and things got even sweeter. Our family wished for a cereal that everyone in the house could love. Imagine a tasty cereal that's a good source of protein and is made with wholesome ingredients. Until now, most cereals have been made from grains. We had a different vision - one that uses nutrient-rich, plant-based ingredients. Although it took a little more than just wishing, the cereal of our dreams is here.

Food

Three Wishes Cereal earns mixed reviews: it satisfies many seeking gluten- and grain-free, high‑protein, low‑sugar cereal with clean, minimal ingredients and standout flavors like Cinnamon, Fruity, Chocolate, and Marshmallow, but others find artificial sweetener aftertaste, honey flavor that tastes synthetic, and a hard, sometimes stale or puffed texture that can get soggy or stick to teeth. Reviews affirm it works as a healthier alternative that keeps some eaters full and versatile over yogurt or as snacks, yet complaints about overly crunchy rings, cardboard-like mouthfeel, and muted or chemical-tasting flavors temper enthusiasm.

Pantry

Three Wishes Fruity Cereal reimagines a childhood favorite. This grain-free cereal contains more protein and less sugar than leading fruity cereals. With 8g of protein per serving, it's a delicious way to start the day. It's also gluten-free and crafted with natural flavors.

Fruity Cereal

Three Wishes Fruity cereal is a delicious, colorful twist on a classic childhood favorite! It has a fun fruity flavor, a satisfying crunch, and tastes great with milk or straight out of the box as a snack. I love that it feels nostalgic while offering a different take on traditional sugary cereals!
