I purchased the Eli linen shirt and matching shorts for a vaction (granted last August). I have the proof of purchase. Having only worn it once on vacation last summer, I had it professionally cleaned as the set cost me well over $300! When I picked it up from my trusted cleaner, I put it away in its plastic wrap. When I opened it up to use for the season, i notice awful red stitching markers around the pocket and at the cuff buttons. It is not wearable. There would have been some fabric shrinkage that now exposed all of the red lines.The shirt retails for over $200 plus tax. I contacted the store where I purchased it and I was told that they had a similar issue with a cardigan.I was asked to contact their "love" team who told me because of the length of time, I was out of luck. It is 100% a manufacturing flaw that was present when I purchased it and they know it, yet I lose over $300 ( can't really wear the shorts alone) because they won't back their flaws! Reformation is not a cheap store, but their service, accountability, and products are awful!
