I am a Reformation girlie. I love all of their dress styles and they are one of the few brands that their styles, cuts and sizes fit me consistently. Some pieces can be a little $$$ but good to know that they're environmentally friendly so I'd rather spend the extra money knowing it's doing some good. 

There customer service - both online and in stores - has always been lovely and efficient too. Can't say I've ever had a bad experience with their brand! 

Complicated, very tricky. The designs are lovely and flattering, but you really have to check piece by piece for quality and value. Sometimes you're being uncharged for synthetic fabrics, sometimes you're being sold thin and poor quality silk. Other times it's a fabulous top, dress, or pants that you'll have forever. Their jeans and "jeans" line tops are criminally underrated.

I have one dress from here and it has lasted me many wears. I’ve heard different opinions depending on the type of item but I love their dresses. 

Their clothes are so pretty and I love that they’re sustainable, but run small and the fit is difficult. I’ve sort of given up, unfortunately. I wish I could wear their clothes! I do recommend giving them a try—and ordering up a size.

The clothes are always on sale. There’s no reason to ever buy full priced Reformation. The quality is decent but I recommend sizing up. I don’t buy their whole sustainability front. 

As a mid size (14-18) person this brand has not been suitable for me. The Extended sizes are fare more basic and limited. I really love some of their pieces, I just wish I could wear them.

Amazing clothing items - hard to go wrong with reformation. Love their dresses for every occasion. Whenever I’m looking for a dress to wear to weddings, Reformation is the first place I look. Their jeans are top tier and fit so well. 

Quality pieces (and priced as such) + quality on-site and in-store experiences! 

I love the way their clothes look, but anytime I buy something from here, they break or lose its shape within 5 wears or so. Whether that’s a loose thread, broken zipper, or the clothes shrink. If I’m paying over $100-$200 for a piece of clothing that is supposedly sustainable and long lasting, I expect it to be quality but it’s not. 

I have to admit this was a one time try Jan 2020. I purchased "the lawrence" dress with a slit. I am 5'4". This slit SHOWED EVERYTHING - now I just looked it up on their website and it now states "very high slit" but I even think that's an understatement. Also their sizing is very off, I swear the 6 fit like a 2 (I have since gone up in size, and this has contributed to not trying them again). The returns were straightforward. All this confusion aside, I think at their price point they can do better, I do appreciate sustainability efforts (but still check the fabrics). Maybe I'll try again one day.
