The glycolic scent is sharp and a bit chemical — not something you grow to love, just something you tolerate. The dropper-cap is impractical for a toner you’re meant to use on a cotton pad or palms nightly; it’s slow and you end up unscrewing the whole cap most nights anyway. And while it’s gentle enough for regular use, “daily” is optimistic for a lot of skin types — used every night it can leave things looking a little irritated and dull rather than glowy, especially if you’re not rigorous about SPF the next morning.

I really like this toner. It is refreshing, gentle, and leaves my skin feeling clean and hydrated. I’ve noticed my complexion looks more balanced since I started using it, and it works well with the rest of my morning routine. The only thing I don’t love is that my skin can feel a little sticky right after applying it. Once it fully absorbs, it’s fine, but that initial stickiness is something to be aware of. On the plus size I love that I can squirt it onto the cotton ball, no lid to fuss with. Overall, it’s a great product with just one small drawback.

Really great line if you’re looking for affordable, basic skincare essentials to build a larger collection with. I keep the Salicylic and Glycolic Acids in my routine for clear and smooth skin, and the Soothing Barrier Support Serum is great for my damaged spots and eczema. I’ve even used the glycolic acid to help heal my cracked heels (TMI, but it helps!). Simple, effective, and priced right.

One of my favorite toners, this is great for occasional refresher on your scalps, or including anywhere that needs that brightened effect. Including, great to remove under arm order. This is so versatile to use!
