I backed this brand on Kickstarter many years ago, when they were still called MOVE. They had a bit of a rough start (I had ordered something they didn't have in stock and wasn't going to be restocked soon) but always had decent customer service and good prices. and the food items I ordered were solid. With my most recent order, though, I leave pretty disappointed and will not be ordering again. There's a few things with The Essential branding and their supplements seem good, but a few pieces ("self-heating" porcelain mug, office chair, etc) are just straight up dropshipped, only without the Amazon return capability. Stock is incredibly hit-or-miss, new items (other than furniture) don't launch regularly, and some of their newer products feature AI product imaging which makes ordering SUPER risky. For a yearly membership fee, this is very much not worth it. Order off Amazon, you can at least read reviews.
