Reviews mention

  • Luxurious textures and packaging
  • Gentle, effective rice cleansers
  • Hydrating, glow-boosting moisturizers
  • Silky, pore-blurring primer
  • Occasionally heavy, sticky finishes
  • Fragrance irritates sensitive skin
  • Inconsistent sunscreen elegance
  • Mixed, average visible results

Tatcha earns largely positive reviews as a luxurious, effective skincare line, with standouts like The Dewy Skin Cream, The Water Cream, The Rice Wash/Polish, Camellia Cleansing Oil, and The Silk Canvas primer delivering soft, glowy, smooth skin and strong makeup prep. However, reviewers flag weaknesses: some formulas feel heavy or sticky, fragrance irritates sensitive skin, sunscreens and a few moisturizers underwhelm, and results can be average relative to hype.

  • Light on the skin, not sure if it has the functions it claims it has. But overall great product. Feels lux whenever holding the little bottle.

  • My go to skincare brand. So luxurious and formulas are super effective

    LOVE

  • They are a great brand. A little pricey, but you get what you paid for. High quality skin care! I have used their vitamin C serum and it was an amazing experience. The smell wasn't too strong and the product applied really well to my skin with 0 irritation!

  • This is one of my favorite skin care brands. I was diagnosed with Periola Dermatitis earlier this year and it has been the only product that does not trigger the rash. This brand embodies luxury and each product has so much detail and thought put into it.

    Nothing, love this brand.

  • Want to feel luxurious? Tatcha is a must-try! The products are expensive but feel great on my skin, especially the Tatcha creams. I have tried the Water Cream Moisturizer, which feels light and hydrating -almost cooling on my skin, and the Rice Wash Cleanser, which feels like a light scrub and leaves my skin feeling soft and not too dry.

  • I've been using Tatcha for years now and so far I love every product I've tried - but nothing compares to the water cream. It feels so luxurious, hydrating and moisturizing. I have very dry skin and it's a total game changes for me! Will definitely be repurchasing.

  • I bought the Tatcha Water Cream and Rice Cleanser to help with my oily and acne prone skin. Although a high price tag, the amount of product you get in the packaging is well worth the money in my opinion. Everything has been thought out from purchase, packaging and application. I love the Rice cleanser for the summer months and the water cream was great for summer months too. I definitely need a richer moisturiser during the winter months.

I think Tatcha offer a wide variety of products for people with varying skin concerns. I think the packaging could be slightly less bulky, especially when talking about the moisturisers but overall I love the luxe feel of the brand and feel like they have done an excellent job with the products they offer.

  • I have tried the Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream and it felt as though it just sat on my skin and didn’t absorb. The scent is also quite strong. So while this moisturizer feels luxurious, I wouldn’t recommend it for people who are actually looking to improve their skin since it is also quite pricey. The packaging is very attractive, however.

  • In LOOOOVVVVEEE with every products. I cannot choose one favourite

Maybe pricing.. To get a full routine is expensive

  • I love this brand! I’m a self diagnosed skincare junkie! All of their products are amazing and feel so great in my skin and I can tell a difference in the texture and smoothness as long as I keep up with it.

  • I'm a big fan of Tatcha! I have dry, sensitive skin, and I've been using their rice cleanser as a gentle way of exfoliation. I also use their Silk Sunscreen, and I love how light it is for SPF 50. Highly recommend this brand!

  • I have tried many of their products. I love their liquid silk canvas and regular one. They leave the skin feeling soft and pores blurred for a great makeup application. For Christmas, I received a kit. For around $80, I got 5 products. I enjoyed every one of the products in the kit. The Camellia Cleansing Oil is awesome at removing makeup and a great first step in double cleansing. The Classic Rice Polish is incredible and doesn’t strip your skin but exfoliates very well. I also love the Silk Cream and The Silk Peony eye cream. My favorite product I have found is The Essence. I have dry skin and since it’s Winter, that stuff has really helped. It is awesome! That’s the one thing I would really like to repurchase. Luckily, a little goes a long way. Tip; Do not apply with a cotton round. Instead, put the bottle to your face and then rub it in. That way you don’t waste it! I also really like The Luminous Dewy Skin Mist. It’s a real treat for dry skin. The sprayer is very nice and if you need a bit of a moisture boost, this will do it for you! Wonderful to spray on a beauty blender or to rehydrate while doing makeup, too. While I like or love most of their products, The Dewy Skin Cream is just not my favorite. I have dry skin but it’s just way too thick for me. I prefer The Water Cream and The Silk Cream. Even though The Water Cream is for oily skin, the texture is awesome and soaks in so well. I did, however, purchase the full size of The Dewy Skin Cream so I used the entire thing. I don’t think any of their products are too harsh or not nourishing enough. Any skin type would enjoy this brand. I did take a star off due to price. I have bought quite a few products myself. From now on though unless I receive it as a gift, I don’t think I will repurchase anything but The Essence or The Water Cream. Maybe The Classic Rice Polish. Don’t get me wrong; I really enjoy Tatcha. It’s so expensive though. I got two kits for Christmas, a Tatcha and a Glow Recipe. My sister just ordered some more Glow Recipe for my Birthday bc I really liked the results. I still have some oil, rice polish, eye cream, essence, and mist. I will continue to use all of these Tatcha products. But for now, I am going with Glow Recipe. I can’t believe I like something more than Tatcha!

  • I have been through many, many moisturizers looking for one that provides good hydration and gives me a dewy complexion. This is the only one to help my always dry face. And it somehow has calmed my rosacea down! I usually break out with most extreme moisturizers, but somehow Tatcha is light on the skin, while providing much needed hydration. Yes it's pricey, but I'm not having to buy a lot of other creams and products.

  • Well worth the price. My skin has never been clearer

  • I have used the Tatcha Rice Polish for over a year, and I love it. It dispenses as tiny granules (of rice, I assume) and lathers up into a soft yet exfoliating paste. I massage in for about 60 seconds, and my skin feels smoother afterwards without feeling dry/tight/scrubbed too clean. I can't detect any scent with it. I typically save it for the morning of an event as part of my AM cleansing routine. I've recommended it to 3 friends as well and they are fans, so that's a win for me.

  • One of my favourite brands. The dewy line is amazing and has your skin and feeling soft and subtle.

  • The water cream moisturizer is my absolute favorite. I have normal to oily skin and it’s perfect, doesn’t feel greasy or sticky, and is gentle on the skin. The packaging is great, though the water cream comes with a small gold spatula that I don’t think is entirely necessary.

  • Love the face cream! I have been using their products for years and the quality never ceases to amaze me. Definitely worth the price.

  • One of my esthetician friends recommended me to use Tatcha products and I have loved them ever since. The Dewy Skin Cream Plumping & Hydrating Moisturizer has such a nice and delicate feel.

Tatcha has such a great variety of skincare products that leave your face feeling plump, rejuvenated and hydrated. Especially as someone how wears makeup frequently, I enjoy products from this brand.
