    I absolutely love my Yuzu body wash and buy a new one every time the old one runs out. I don't see a reason for ever switching or even trying anything else, I love it so much! I bought my first in-store in Stockholm, and later at the airport in Helsinki.

    I can't speak to their online/shipping experience, as I've only bought in-store, but I have their Tulip hand cream and love it. It really does smell as-promised ("a freshly harvested bouquet") without being over-scented or too floral. The texture is rich and creamy and absorbs well.

    I purchased some of their products, with three different orders. On one of those orders, I never received the product. Upon inquiry I learned that my product was lost in shipping somewhere. The company acknowledges that I have not received the product and that it has not been delivered to me. However, they refuse to refund my money because they say they shipped it and it’s not their problem. They claim that I should just do without my money or the product because they shipped it and it’s someone else’s fault. Well this stuff may be OK, it is certainly not worth my experience. Their customer service is snooty and does not care that I’m out the money. If you are in the United States, you should not purchase from these people.

    Like any other normal or reputable company, this company should have refunded my money when they realized that my product was never delivered to me. But instead, they need my money, so bad that they refuse to refund me, even though they know that the shipping that they contracted with Has not delivered the product. So they do not stand behind their product or shipping, they are very happy to keep your money, even though you don’t get their product. And when you communicate with their customer service, it is clear that they are in internally focused company and they are not focused on the customer experience. They are a typical European snooty company that thinks they are doing you a favor by selling you things that they then don’t deliver.
