  • The marketing and customer service from this company are absolutely first rate. The products themselves smell totally divine (you can get one that smells like Le Labo's Santal 33, for example) and are great for my sensitive, eczema-prone skin. The cleaning power is not bad (comparable to other non-bio products) but I don't find the fragrance lasts with a lot of the scents - the one exception for me being the limited edition Halloween one, which I have bought two years running and wish they'd stock all year round. The company's Fabric Cleansing Perfume helps with this issue though (although it's obviously an additional expense) and I like to spray it on my bedding daily or to refresh worn clothes that don't require washing. Currently, I'm loving Icing on the Cake which is a lush vanilla fragrance that I'm buying on repeat.

  • Loving tallow and ash I ordered the sample pack all great. Then I heard they was going to Tesco I asked Tesco if they have them they helped me look on shelf but wasn’t there. They went into the back and came out with some 😀. Smells are great and clothes come out softer then other known brands I use.

  • The smells are AMAZING. I think I’ve never had such a good-smelling detergent before. Washes stains off a bit worse than big brands, but feels better on skin later on

  • Smells nice but doesn't offer any particular innovation to justify the price. The conditioner is very low viscosity (ie. very thin) which makes it feel less premium (just my perception). Great brand marketing, though they made a limited edition halloween laundry detergent.. so I question if they're prioritizing new product development in the right way.. I don't think anyone is begging for a halloween LTO.
