The marketing and customer service from this company are absolutely first rate. The products themselves smell totally divine (you can get one that smells like Le Labo's Santal 33, for example) and are great for my sensitive, eczema-prone skin. The cleaning power is not bad (comparable to other non-bio products) but I don't find the fragrance lasts with a lot of the scents - the one exception for me being the limited edition Halloween one, which I have bought two years running and wish they'd stock all year round. The company's Fabric Cleansing Perfume helps with this issue though (although it's obviously an additional expense) and I like to spray it on my bedding daily or to refresh worn clothes that don't require washing. Currently, I'm loving Icing on the Cake which is a lush vanilla fragrance that I'm buying on repeat.
