Did exactly what it claims, and did it well — Lulled me right to bed, as simple as that! It is a pretty pricey option compared to others in the space, so personally don't know if I'd splurge for this if I was using something like this frequently but if not, would be a treat to have this in the cabinet for those nights you need a little extra help falling asleep.
