The rubber feet on the bottles degrade and fall off over time. You can still use the bottles however.
I bought the essential oils after reading all the rave reviews -- they smell like essential oils. Nothing special about the blends at all. The other thing is, I received the bottles and some of them spilled during transit. They told me they'd send a replacement but I never received them. I didn't bother to follow up because actually they don't smell like anything special. Maybe if you're a big believer in essential oils you'd see the big deal.
