Sunscoop makes plant-based, sugar-free ice cream that is allergen-friendly and made with eight kinds of superfoods.

At Sunscoop our mission is to champion a plant-forward future for everyone through the magic and joy of ice cream. Our co-founder Carli Blum’s biggest inspirations are her own food allergies. She is allergic to nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and sensitive to artificial ingredients. She was never able to find ice cream cream on the market that tasted great and left her feeling great. Her vision was simple: use the magical cream of coconuts and the power of superfoods to create a frozen dessert that’s equal parts delicious, healthy, and beautiful.
