I tried the pizza snack and I thought it tasted okay. It definitely had a “healthy” taste. However it is very small and is 200 calories. I can’t say it really reminded me of pizza. I didn’t like that it was cold. Its also very small and not very filling.
This little snack is adorable and contains 7g of protein. These are super good I do think the downfall is price point. They should consider a set of them for a good value. It is worth it maybe occasionally because of that but can’t fail with how yummy it really is. Any age would enjoy from this.
Sunnie Snacks were a total fail—rock-hard, flavorless crackers that could chip a tooth, paired with overly acidic pizza sauce that gave me heartburn. To top it off, the cheese developed mold just a week after opening.
The cocoa dipper snacks are free of seed oils (rare for packaged snacks) and sweetened with dates instead of refined sugar. The chocolate dip is rich and chocolatey without being too sweet. It's pretty thick so dipping takes a bit of work, but thankfully the crackers are sturdy enough that they don't snap. I enjoyed the texture of the crackers; they're dense and have a nice crunch. Overall I found this snack balanced and satisfying; one package contains 310 calories, 7g of protein, and 18g of fat. I would likely have enjoyed the flatbread pizza dipper option, but my store was out of stock.
Sunnie sells a variety of sustainably made, plant-based snacks.
