Squirrel offers a bedside caddy with multiple compartments and built-in USB charging ports. It's appreciated for its convenience, versatility, space-saving design, and quality. However, some users found the plastic construction flimsy, the product expensive, and the USB charging speed slow.

I live in a tiny studio and for a year I slept on a sleeper sofa but I couldn’t take it anymore, I was never putting the bed up and so I didn’t have a couch and my apartment was always messy and crowded. I just got a loft bed to put over the couch and saw this the day I set it up. I thought you know what I will need a place to keep my iPad, remote and phone. The first night I just slept with them near my pillow. I loved that it also could allow my to charge. I just got it and everything seemed fine but it wouldn’t charge. After lots of troubleshooting it was the cord. They sent a faulty cord. Not a huge problem since I’ll just use the one I use for my iPad and phone and I honestly didn’t need another cord and would have to buy a block because it doesn’t come with one. However that is annoying, annoying enough to take two stars off. I’m a techie so I found the problem pretty quickly but I think most would just think the tool is broken. They should send good cords for the price you’re paying. Overall I like it but think it is pricey.

The brand is ok but the product missed the mark completely. It was very useful for my multiple bedside items and only really had a pull-thru design for my cords.
This is perfect for a dorm room and I look forward to giving it to my daughter when she starts college in the fall. If you lack room for a nightstand, this creates a built-in nightstand for you. It's easy to put together, easily moveable, and since it plugs to electricity you can even charge your cellphone. Wonderful and versatile item.

I love all of the different compartments and the ability to charge my devices with the USB A and C ports. I really appreciate that it's made of 100% recyclable plastic. My only concern with the product is the plastic felt a little flimsy at the tops of the compartments, so my concern is they might break easily. I did think the initial price was a bit steep but there was a discount on Amazon at the time that made it much more reasonable in the $35 range.

I highly recommend this bedside caddy from Squirrel! The possibilities are endless for what you can store here. I kept falling asleep with books, electronics and random stuff on the side of my bed, now I’ve placed my most needed smaller items for when I wake up and go to sleep inside of this bin. Each of the 5 compartments are big enough to hold multiple items but they’re still small enough where you’re not tempted to throw anything and everything in there, which helps it to stay organized without any additional effort. So far I’ve put my 32oz water bottle, a book to read, journal to write in, utensils to write with, a portable charger, my phone, AirPods and tweezers. I’ll be placing some chapstick and lotion in there next. If you have medication, glasses or various remote controllers this a great place to put them as well.

I love having somewhere to put my kindle, phone and water next to my bed without reaching over to my desk. I haven’t used the usb port yet as I didn’t want to have a cord stretching from my outlet, but the caddy is super secure and has lots of compartments to fill with whatever you need before bed or after waking up.

I bought squirrel bedside caddy for my niece. She’s 10 and sleeps on the top bunk - it’s a perfect addition to her bed for storing her water, e-reader, notebook and pens. It was easy to install and has great functionality.
Pros: definitely handy and the material is quite durable, the whole piece seems high quality. The structure of the caddy makes it pretty easy to use with most beds since it slides under the mattress rather than clip onto the frame. Cons: For me, I don't think this really replaces the functionality of my normal nightstand. It would probably be better in a dorm, bunk bed, or lofted bed where space is tight and/or a nightstand is impractical. It's also pretty expensive for what it is - I had a discount with Thingtesting, but if I was looking for a caddy in general I'd probably go with a cheaper option.

A neat solution for bedside storage. I would prefer two USB C ports versus one each of USB C and USB A, but a small point. Not sure how durable it will be but it does a decent job for now at least. I don't think I would pay full price for it, but it is pretty handy.

i really like the concept of this. it was easy to put together and works surprisingly well. i was hoping it would come in other colors. my only complaint is that its black and hard to see at night. i bumped into it several times and the plastic is really hard. if it falls off you have two long sticks sticking out from under the bed which could hurt someone or yourself if you learn against the bed.

It was great using this instead of my nightstand as everything was closer to me. I do wish it had a few more compartments/was a little bigger. I feel like it is is sturdy and pretty to look at.

I thought this was a great idea that was not executed to its fullest potential. The plastic it was made of felt too flimsy and like it will inevitably break. I just thought it was too expensive for what it is and the material used.

A single place to keep everything at one place for the keys, phones, and small things along the bedside. But charging happens too slow for my phone and I doesn't want charge my phone for the long time with this Squirrel.
This is so convenient! I attached this to my bed and now everything I need is just a reach away. Wish it was a bit bigger but it's still a decent amount of space.

Seamless setup, and the unit is sturdy. It fits nicely on a nightstand and holds a variety of devices. However, the charge provided is much slower than any traditional charger. If charging overnight, this may be okay, but it’s not helpful mid-day.

Squirell was a good product overall. The only issue I really have with it, is the price point. Just for a plastic bin that goes on the side of your bed, I don't understand the price. But if you have the money to splurge this product is for you. It looks a little bit messy but no major complaints!

Very easy to install and has worked as advertised. A very nice addition to my pre-teens bedroom.

Nope. Hate this mainly for the charging components. For the price, you think you'd at least get a decent USB-C cable but you get a USB cable that is the spawn of Satan. The metal component is a bit too small so it doesn't snap into any charger. It will fall out of your charger. It will fall out of your phone. It will fall out of the Squirrel. To top it off, it charges slower than a squirrel trying to sneak up on your food. I liked using the main pocket to store and charge my phones - used the cup holder a few times and it was nice. Not a fan of the two smaller compartments even though I am a glasses user it's just ehhhh. Back to the charging components, which is my main interest in this product, there isn't even a solid cable routing plan so the USB-C cable I had hanging out is now ruined - I think there should be a nice way to allow for slack in the power supply cable, and the outputs should probably face the "open" side of the holder, with two hooks on the underside to route your cables so they don't stress and break like mine did.

Great organizer for your bed. As long as your mattress does not sit below your bed frame this organizer will work for you. It held my drink, kindle, lotion, and tv remote. Much easier to reach for items than clouding up my nightstand that’s so small next to my bed.

I liked the overall concept of this product and the problem that is seeks to solve. What I didn't love it how flimsy it was. In the product photo, it shows it holding an ipad, remote controller, sunglasses, and a metal water bottle. Because the product itself is made of plastic, I felt like it would snap in due time if I were to actually put as many things as suggested on here. A better, sturdier material for this, such as metal, would make this product a solid 5-star review. I will still use it, I just will use it for lighter objects such as my phone and remote controllers, rather than larger objects. I think the product could also benefit from holes places in strategic places which would allow objects being held by it to be charged directly from outlets, since the limitation is currently one usb charging port on the product itself.
