Spoonful makes a range of ready-to-eat overnight oats using a blend of natural ingredients and superfoods.  

Our Founder, Bradley Gifford began his wellness journey at the age of 14 when his pediatrician warned him that he had unusually high blood pressure and was at risk of having hypertension before the age of 30. An active lifestyle and slight adjustments to his eating kept potentially dangerous situations at bay, but Bradley was still eating mostly processed foods that had high concentrations of salt and sugar. It wasn’t until college that the true impact of poor food and lifestyle choices, and how much they were at the root of many of his physical and emotional struggles.

Over time Bradley’s focus shifted towards understanding what made foods objectively “good” and “bad” for us, their ingredients, and the subtle ways more or less of certain things made him feel, sleep, think and move. Inspired by each new discovery, Bradley joined a lifestyle-focused fitness company; Dogpound – and oversaw the brand’s social media and marketing efforts. It was during this time that he had some other revelations about wellness; the wellness industry is flooded with products that are designed to conjure feelings of FOMO but rarely provide people with the real tools they need to meet their goals, sustainably.

Bradley created Spoonful to give people what they need to make more empowered decisions around their personal wellness. Delivering a fresh, delicious, nutritious breakfast is no easy task, but Bradley believes Spoonful is the breakfast you deserve to help you get to where you want to be every single day.

The best overnight oats I’ve ever tried! Keeps me so full, absolutely love the cinnamon apple and the mixed berry.

Unbelievably good. The Peanut Butter Choc was my favorite but all of the flavors are honestly great. Most overnight oats companies don’t contain superfoods and enough protein, but Spoonful checks both of those boxes for me. I also didn’t realize how nice it is to eat out of a jar instead of plastic.  

Loved these filling, protein-packed oats. I pair mine with fruits and nut butters for an extra oomph, and thought these were perfect after a workout. 

Amazing product! Tastes great, keeps well in the fridge, and comes in beautiful packaging (that I still have and reuse!). I shy away from overnight oats sometimes because the texture can be a problem for me but Spoonful is the perfect blend of smooth and chewy for a quick bite to fuel my day.

An absolute game changer for someone like me - dairy/low blood sugar sensitive, easily overwhelmed in the kitchen, the list goes on. I can dress it up for a sit down meal or easily take it on the go when im feeling rushed. A healthy choice that doesn’t compromise good flavor?! Chefs kiss. 

I love all three flavors and really like that the metal container allows me to split the meal up and save for later. The Chocolate one is prob my fav. I like it alone or sometimes I add bananas or apples. It’s easy and healthy. My friends who don’t like healthy food even enjoy too! It’s def part of my regular meal rotation 

I personally like my overnight oats a bit on the creamier, milkier side - so I added a tiny hit of more oat milk with it and topped it with some more fruits on top. Once I stirred all of that up, it was a game changer for me. 

This was my preference, and there could be a section in the messaging where it can suggest to add to the party that is Spoonful.

From the minute the package arrived on my doorstep, I was ready to jump in on tasting what Spoonful had to offer. It took me a minute to do so because the packaging itself was admired and was looking for the best angle to snap a picture for IG. The pop of color mixed with the storytelling was nothing short of brilliant.

Once the can was popped open, you were hit with amazing smells of the ingredients coupled with the fruity flavors (or chocolatey). Each bite is packed with flavor w/ notes of oats + superfoods that greet you at the end.

It's a healthy and generous serving, I only ate about half a can, so there's plenty to go around or split with a friend or two.

Amazing product, every flavor is delicious but my favorite is the chocolate pb. Love that these are dairy-free, have just the right amount of sweetness, and are packed with nutrition. I like to throw some fresh fruit and nut butter on top (or blend them into a smoothie!) but they're also wonderful as-is and make a great on-the-go meal. 

Nothing, very good taste profile and super convenient! 

Best overnight oats on the market. Love all the superfoods and functional ingredients but the crunch and taste was second to none. The texture was amazing and unlike any other overnight oats product on the market today

Would love to know what the perfect refrigeration temperature is to store these at so the texture is perfect.

I was never an overnight oats person before, but I've been hooked on Spoonful since I first tried it a few months ago. I have a 12 pack per month subscription to the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor and it's the perfect breakfast to pull out of the fridge when I get to work. It holds me over perfect until lunch and doesn't weigh me down at all. Highly recommend.
