Reviews mention

  • Effective collagen glow benefits
  • Sleek refillable capsule packaging
  • Responsive, thoughtful customer service
  • Tasty, easy daily routine
  • Confusing trial billing practices
  • Strong serum fragrance irritation
  • Inconsistent hair growth results
  • Heavy packaging, little product

SpoiledChild earns polarized reviews: many cite real results—glowier, plumper skin and stronger nails from E27 liquid collagen (mango or pineapple), softer, fuller hair and reduced shedding from A22 serum and S24 mask—while others report no visible change, scalp irritation, breakouts, or hair fall. The brand impresses with sleek, refillable packaging, a helpful quiz, and occasional standout customer service, but numerous reviews flag confusing “try before you buy” holds/charges, aggressive upselling, slow shipping, and difficulty canceling, making it effective for some yet risky for those wary of billing friction.

  • i was going to order it because it was intriguing and i seen an ad on instagram but then i tried paying with a PRE PAID CARD and they said it was flagged as a pre paid card so if that’s not enough proof that they try and scam you of your money I don’t know what is.

  • I only just created an account to leave this review because I can't stand when misinformed people leave reviews. I will start out by saying that no, I don't work for this company and have no dog in this fight. Heck, I only got the products today and haven't even tried them yet - they may be fantastic or they may suck, I don't know. (I WILL report back about that after I use them long enough though.) But what really bothers me is all these people leaving reviews that did not READ. For the try before you buy option, their website literally says you may be charged a PRE-AUTHORIZATION (the full amount upon purchase) but it WILL be refunded ASAP. Why? Because they need to be sure all these people out here that only want to pay the $5 will actually have enough money in their accounts to pay for the products they order after the 14 days are up. Could you imagine if they didn't check this and they just gave all their stuff away for $5 only to find out that whoever bought them did not have the funds to cover the full price and just kept what they ordered? A ton of people would never pay for their order and SpoiledChild would be out that money and their products. They are not a scam, they are a BUSINESS that needs to cover their butt for all the actual scammers out there that only want to pay the $5. I was charged the full price for my items, but it was put right back into my account in 2 days. And I already knew this would happen because it says so on every product page, before you make your order, and even all over their socials so I had no problem. And you know what else? Because my package was delayed by ONE DAY, their customer service team reached out to apologize and even gave me a $15 off coupon. Clearly they have no control over how long the post office takes, but they were still nice enough to contact me and give me some credit. So I would say, so far this company has been great and definitely is NOT a scam; it is not SpoiledChild's fault nor responsibility that people don't read before they buy things. For the love of god people - READ!!!

  • Stold 109.18 from my account. Signed up for 5.30 for shipping and tax for free 30 day trial. They illegally obtained funds.

This needs to be reported to authorities this is illegal to obtain funds from false advertising and deceptive marketing. I'm filing a report with the BBC and ftc. I see I'm not the only one

  • I did not authorize a full order of their product. I took a survey weeks ago and was expecting the trial, but never received it. But, now they charged me for the trial $5 and for the full price $171. I've cancelled and I do not appreciate the false advertisement. I am disgusted by the company misleading advertisement. Free trial my butt. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has this problem.

    Feedback

Do not waste your time complaining, because they do not allow you to ask a question or comment if it's 200 characters or more. Ridiculous.

  • The packaging looks like it costs just as much as the product, which I feel is a waste. The 60-day trial is misleading, as well as the ordering process, in which they lead you to believe you are getting these items for free but at the end of the 60 “trial period” I was charged not only for the product, but for the other items that I believed were free. When I requested a refund they told me since the 60 days had passed they could not issue a refund. I don’t see a difference in my hair and the product smells like motor oil.

    Feedback

It could be better if they were more transparent about the trial, and other items that I was sent and that you will be charged for these things. It would also be better if the packaging was not so wasteful and excessive.

  • I wish I could rate them a zero. I wanted to try it out and have been trying to cancel and haven't even tried the product. I should've looked up the company before even signing up for the 'trial' you're charged for the trial and also charged IMMEDIATELY for the refills and there's no customer service number, no way of removing your card information. DO not do this for the love of everything holy. It is a waste and horrible horrible horrible customer service. I submitted this to the company as message. It's important that you EVERYONE know this. "Let your customers cancel at anytime, let them remove banking information. Respond to the contact us and get a customer service number. I haven't received anything and NEED TO CANCEL."

Was Supposed to be charged 5 bucks but they took about 42 dollars ill wait to see if it arrives but if it doesnt i dont play bout my money and some reasons they take more money is cause of auto refills some people dont know that

  • I signed up for the free trial I waited for the money to be put back on my card. All of a sudden they are trying to charge me 48 something on a completely different card. WTH is going on with this company to charge a card I did not use? BEWARE EVERYONE PLEASE SO NOT ORDER FROM THEM..

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO DO NOT BUY DO MOT BUY

  • The product is mmmok. The unboxing was nice nothing to fancy. I did the try it before you buy it so I'll be sending it back cause I get no different results from the beauty products I currently have & if there is a difference it is minor & not worth the $162 they plan to charge me. FYI everyone complaining of the 2nd charge after the $5 bucks for S&H. Please READ all the details including the fine print. They tell you before you complete the purchase that your card will be charged as a hold & then credited back just to confirm the purchase. The money is released back in 2 or 3 days.

  • I never even got the free trial and you guys immediately started charging my card $112.00 I do not recommend Anyone buying anything from them because they double back in charger card immediately without sending the product.

    Feedback

How is it OK for you to take money out of somebody's account without sending the product.

  • First of all, a question: Is EVERYONE getting the S24 Hair Recovery mask?!? I mean, I just watched several video reviews with women who have very different hair than mine, and all of us got the same mask. What then, is the purpose of the "quiz?" Next, I just opened my mask. DISCLAIMER: I have NOT used it yet. However, there isn't much TO use!! I was extremely disappointed to see that the container is about half-full. The directions say to apply "generously." With my thick, long, and frizzy hair, I'm pretty sure that I'll get one - maybe two uses out of a $45 mask. Ridiculous. The smell? People are apparently having a difficult time describing it. I'll help out. It just smells like a clay mask. It's a very light fragrance, and not unpleasant, but not pleasant either. It's just a "meh" smell. Personally, if this stuff can defrizz my mane, I could care less what it smells or doesn't smell like. That will be the ultimate test... SpoiledChild, my suggestion to you all is that you provide more product for the price you're charging, and IF there really are different masks for different hair types, can we see them? Because I'm fairly certain that everyone online has the same S24 mask that I got.

    Feedback

Need more product (or lower prices), more transparency/honesty from the company with regard to catering to specific hair types.

  • I've been using the gold capsules for my hair which was dry and brittle. I also had a hard time growing out my hair and was noticing more fallout than normal. I figured I would give it a try. It's been about 30 days now and my hair feels amazing. It looks and feels more full and has actually grown. The ends of my hair are much softer and I'm happy with the product.

    Feedback

It is a bit pricey at first to get everything but now I just purchase as needed and it works out fine. I do wish the hair mask came is a little bigger jar.

  • This serum reeks of tea tree oil. Don’t use it if you’re allergic to tea tree oil or have dry skin. Also, since the active ingredients are tea tree oil and caffeine, you can make it at home as easily as buy it. You’ll save money too. For some users, it will encourage hair regrowth, but for those sensitive to caffeine or tea tree oil, it will promote hair loss. I found that it causes a mild burning sensation on the scalp, and after the 2nd application it also causes itching.

    Feedback

Too much tea tree oil. Causes irritation.

  • I’ve never ordered from this company. But somehow I’ve had charges to my credit card, which I have disputed and had returned, and somehow changed my credit card number, and they charged me again. How is this fraudulent company in business?

    Feedback

    Beware.

  • Terrible customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY as soon as you have any issue you will regret it. Also their products aren’t that great, I didn’t not see any change in my skin while trying their products. For one of my orders they shipped me an empty box (yes you read that correctly, literally an empty box). I reached out and requested a replacement and asked if they could expedite since it was their mistake and their shipping takes a min of two weeks. They said no. Well a month later I STILL don’t have the replacement. I reached out again and they said they were shipping the replacement at that time. So a whole month went by and they didn’t even ship it. I asked that the product not be shipped and could they cancel and give me a refund. They said they had already shipped it and I had to return it in order to receive a refund even though it was THEIR FAULT that two months later I didn’t have it.

    Feedback

They need serious work on company accountability, shipping, and customer service.

  • Horrendous communication and support. It took 3 emails and multiple attempts to comment on there Instagram but they would delete my comments and ignore me. They were sketchy the whole time. My cart at the end was only $5 but I saw $62 taken out of my account and they were super unclear that it was a “if you don’t like it get your money back”. Also they delayed the shipping so it would be past the 14 day trial and that’s what made it extra sketchy fortunately for me I got my money back but if I didn’t press them for 2-3 full weeks I would have never gotten my money back.

  • It’s a SCAM Don’t get anything from them, they don’t sent me any productos and the promise to test the products for a minimal amount it wasn’t accomplished. I’ve order since one week, I don’t have products or any refund to my bank account. However they charged immediately 93 dollars. I’ve called my bank and confirm is a normal charge neither a pre authorization as Spoiled Child say. There’s not any track shipping or any information about the products. I don’t recommend any minimal purchases with this thieves.

  • Not happy

So far I have y’all a 1 because WHERE is my product? Y’all said 3 to 10 days and it’s been 3 weeks. I’ll give y’all until Monday

  • I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about, SpoiledChild is amazing! I have rosacea and this product has allowed me to get away from pharmaceutical lotions and creams that make my skin greasy and gross. I'm also comfortable enough to walk around on a daily basis without ANY makeup on. As a matter of fact, I just paused my makeup subscription with IL Makiage because it's no longer needed unless I feel like wearing makeup for whatever reason. Point is, SpoiledChild is awesome!

    Feedback

Fantastic product and great customer service! They may not have a number that you can call, but they sure are quick and attentive with their emails. Everyone is in a tizzy over the hold that goes on your account when you place the order. That money gets put back in just a day or two and won't actually come out as a charge until the trial period is over. Read the print when you place orders, then maybe you won't be mislead.

  • I love the products I started it 3 weeks ago my hair was so damaged from me coloring it etc it was dull wasn't growing spent do much on extensions, but all it did is make me more inscure about it my boyfriend said he misses my long hair n I cried cuz I miss it to so I wanted to try something safe for my hair , I have had so many compliments on how shinny and vibrant my hair is the hair mask is a life saver and I love the collagen it tastes great the brush omg every woman needs one no pull easy to hold and the lip balm is my favorite they definitely nailed it on maken a great product
