I placed an order but I never received it, they also charged with a refill and they never gave me any response on the first order I never received, I was charged two times and never received a refill. I need refund.

I see all of the bad reviews....all I can see is I have had miraculous results with their collagen and the customer service has been incredibly responsive. I get it it wasn't for everyone but it was everything to me.

Not a fan. To each their own. Once you cancel they continue taking out money. I have requested a refund and all communication has stopped. You can even speak with a human about the matter.

They steal money even when u don’t subscribe to their stupid product. The taste is nasty and the spray is nothing but Rogain. I went to my dermatologist and she said that’s all it is.

I have been using the product for acne and scars. Its been a week and I would say It is working and my acne scars has been noticeably decreased. My friends noticed my skin. It it little pricey and the quantity is very less according to the price.

If I could give 0 rating than I would! Im furious!! They literally get you by saying your only going to pay $5 for a trial sample but really they charge you full price plus tax and now my card has been recognized as fraud and Im waiting on a new card so I learned my lesson!! Stop trusting these fake websites!!! So disappointing!!

Not sure why SpoiledChild does not have live customer service to assist. Placed an order on January 30th for Collagen but did not receive an email order confirmation. The website says that they are 7 days per week/24 hours but despite having emailed them 3xs, I have not yet gotten a response. Very disappointed so far.

Hi, same here similar experience with the transaction from bank account as previous users have mentioned, overall l was able to communicate and money’s were refunded. But as far as the product itself, l use the hair serum did not see much improvement and or differences, same with face serum and still taking collagen/liquid. I specifically take the collagen for my joints and l can honestly say l was seeing more improvement with another item / collagen l was taking before trying this one. Nothing special about it! Packaging does nothing for me, that is not what l am after when looking for products on my wellness and or to better my appearance my skin, hair. I am after a product to deliver what promises. Very dissatisfied ! I would not recommend.

Please don’t order from this company. I ordered the product and one month later still have not received their product. I have emailed the company several times and to no avail a refund has not been sent. I only get automated responses.

I looked at my bank statement and found 2 payments of $41.65, $5, AND $163 PENDING FROM MY ACCOUNT. I haven't even received the order yet. This was supposed to be a trial. And what's worse, when I called I got a recording, I cdnt even leave a message. This is a SCAM!! Don't waste ur money!!

I received my hair, collagen, and skin regimen kit AND I will say that my 💩is like soft serve lol. Sorry if that’s TMI but my belly isn’t bloated anymore and it sounds crazy but my hair is softer already! My skin is normal and had some fine wrinkles and dark spots along the hollows of my cheeks. I have found that my skin now feels glassy and silky soft. The dark spots are lightening and I am pleasantly pleased!

I wanted to Try before I buy, but they sent through the cost of the total order. The changed caused me issues with my other accounts that were to be paid. I have never seen a Try before you buy that charges you before you report back on your thoughts. This is ridiculous, and I cannot get a response from Spoiled Child even though their email say they are available 7 days a week and respond within 24 hours.

This is FRAUD. I only check it out this website and tried to save my credit card details and save the products in the cart a month ago, in case for future use. If I wanted to buy their products or maybe not. But as of today, they charged me. I never do anything, I didn’t check out any of there products. How could this company did a check-out automatically without my knowledge!!!!!. This is FRAUD!!!!!!

So first off I would Like to say that contrary to the other reviews, this review is SOLELY on the customer service. I HAVE NOT tried the products but would be opened to it in the future. I decided to opt out of the free trial at the end and somehow the order went through. Well I was frustrated after finding out that contact was only through email and was quickly discouraged after seeing the reviews of bad experiences. I reached out to cancel ready to fight and was completely shocked when Allison L. quickly assisted. She was extremely helpful and understanding and honored my wishes of canceling and refunding my money (shipping + releasing funds that were held). I am grateful for such an easy experience and will be more open to trying the products in the future when it is financially possible. Thank you Allison L. for such a great experience!

This company has shady business practices. I opted for the trial offer, where I was to pay $5 for shipping. Less than a minute after ordering, I opted to not go through, and requested to cancel the order. Not only did they not honor my request to cancel, I was charged the $5.35 for shipping, AND an additional $111.28 that was not authorized! I've reached out to them about this. They told me they couldn't cancel because it goes out immediately. It does not. And the unauthorized charge would not be taken from my account, and would release my funds in a few days. It has been 6 days, and my funds are still being held, and nothing had been shipped! It all smells of SCAM to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Please note that this brand is a scam! You WILL NOT get refunded if you return the product(s) I did order the capsule as well as the hair mask. They didn’t do anything for me and actually caused my scalp to flake, so I returned the items. Fast forward a month after my return I still don’t see the amount paid refunded. I have reached out to their help account, to their marketing team, to whom ever I can find to discuss - no response. Seems like 200% of their effort goes into social media marketing. Once they have your credit card info, there’s no way they will respond to you anymore In fact, I just found that they’re automatically going to refill the previous order and charge me for that. Written to them about that as well and you guessed it, no response again

If I could choose less than 1 I would! What a huge disappointment in all aspects this company is a fraud. False advertising to suck you in then takes your money with awful customer service! So frustrated with this entire experience. Strongly would NOT recommend! Do not buy this company is awful

The first time I ordered and paid and never recieved the product. Thought I'd try a second time I've ordered . Haven't heard of any tracking or time period it would be here. Then it tells me fed ex will have it delivered by Jan 21. It's now Jan 23 and still nothing with no tracking info . There is no way to speak to anyone with this company just send emails then it won't even send horrible experience.. ridiculous. Save your money . Go else where
