Spoils Child collagen I’m Super!! Disappointed I didn’t authorize repetitive payments to my account!!! Customer Service has No Number!!! I order you to cease and desist automatic payment immediately!!

Im loving my collagen so far. I've been using SpoiledChild for about a month now and I can tell a difference in my complexion and overall wellbeing. Customer service is awesome and I love the little bonus gifts!

This is twice I’ve tried to order this particular product. I went round and round with emails from customer service and never got results. May I PLEASE GET THE PROBIOTICS DELIVERED TO ME OR NOT?? This will definitely be on my Facebook reviews and other reviews that yes some of the products from spoiled child is great. The customer service is very poor and getting your paid products delivered to you is slow, painful and unsuccessful. I’m getting very frustrated that I cannot get something that I ordered and paid for and then I’ve gotta keep going around and around in emails. Spoiled child makes enough money to hire people that can handle customer issues by phone.

I have tried the collagen, B12 gummies, and the moisturizer and love them!! Turns out I am not good at taking gummy suppliments, but the collagen was amazing. Kept in the fridge Right next to my water so I always had it in the morning first thing. The collagen also has protein in it which is great especially first thing in the AM. I took this every day and definitely noticed the month after when I ran out and didn't re-up my subscription. I would highly recommend especially since we know collagen topicals are ineffective. The moisturizer is an excellent morning moisturizer, stays on and keeps my skin barrier feeling plump even through a whole morning commute. This also kept my skin feeling moisturized even after a hard night of partying (the ultimate test) and a dry bedroom. I use something thicker at night but in the summer this is also excellent consistency for a night cream. Also works well under makeup. Love the branding but wish packaging intensity was lower. That being said, the pump on the moisturizer is durable and the haptics are nice.

Huge fan of all the products - they've managed to become the majority of my routine. I specifically really love the retinol and vitamin c!

I tried the A22 Biotin hair serum and LOVED IT!! The only problem I had is during my trial period I ran out! I let customer service know and they were so nice and professional that they are going to send me a new one and canceled my first trial and gave me another chance with a second trial!! Best customer service EVER!!!

The flavor is great and very easy to take. It does make your hair and nails grow fast .

I regret not taking a before picture because I saw the difference after five days, and I am thrilled. Before taking this product, I was experiencing something in my skin that I didn't experience before and all of a sudden I was looking my age and freaking out. I have to say this took care of it, and I will never stop ordering it. Thank you for creating a product that really stands by what it claims.

I am so sorry I trusted this company, I know better. I did subscribe, for the monthly subscription, but changed my mind. Called the company and spoke to a women. I repeatedly said to her that I want to cancel my subscription. She repeatedly said she understood, and that I was not subscribed any longer. Then what do you know, they still snatched my money and sent a product to me. I called the number they have and customer service reps were not immediately available, I was emailed back and told to return it for a refund. They got that payment, and they are no longer authorized to take another payment from my account. I will not return it, as I drive for a living. I don’t have time. I’m trying to see if I can legally stop them from doing this again. They did say that I am now unsubscribed, but they said that before. Don’t mess with this company.

I am happy with the collagen. However I have been charged them retuenes monies then I have been charged again and cannot seem to be able to reach anyone to return my second charge . I was charged at two different banks. No one calls me back . Very disappointing. I am not on auto shipment. Yet they continue to send to me. They keep saying on line to go to auto refills. I go to auto refills and nothing is marked to send me anything yet they do!!! What a shame

I tried the collagen, it was alright, too sugary and tasted exactly like jello. Did not see or feel results after 2 months. Their customer service team was very high touch, lots of emails from them..

I tried the collagen for 40 days. I went on vacation on the 2nd month didn't take the liquid with me. My skin looked like it was saggy I had to have a facial every day. I compared before I started taking and after. The effects on my skin were much worse after I didn't have it. Long and short it doesn't have a dramatic change on your skin unless you start taking it and stop. My skin became more looking worse than before I started . I would advise not to take this product. This product is like a lot of products that are being promoted to make you look and feel better if you take them you will look worse if you stop. For all of those trying to look younger are have tighter skin my opinion, I wouldn't use.

They made you believe you can try the product for free for the trial period but I never received the order and then they charge me for the autoship even if they agreed on our email conversation to extend the trial. So I was charge with a great bill for product that I dont know if their good or suit me. Very disapointed with the after purchase service. Do not sign up for autoship before being able to try the products

You have to be patient but IT WORKS!

I just received a Chase notification that Spoiled Child took $85 from my account. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE SPOILED CHILD TO DO AUTOPAY. THIS IS ESSENTIALLY STEALING! I'm looking for a phone number to call and so far can't seem to find one. They need to cease and desist this action going forward immediately!!!

I ordered a bottle to try and ended up not liking the product, so I just wasn't going to reorder. Apparently, I was unaware I subscribed (which I received zero mails regarding a subscription, shipment, payment, etc.) so I got charged for another bottle. I started a return for that second collagen bottle, and I have tried twice to cancel my subscription via email to [email protected] with absolutely NO response from anyone. I just got charged for another (third) monthly refill. I still have not received a reply from customer service. I have tried resetting my password a dozen times, but nothing comes to my inbox, junk, or spam. Hopefully, I will get a response on my review as everyone else does right away.

I ordered this product 2 weeks ago and still have not received it.

This product has severely damaged my hair. I’ve only used it for two days and a massive amount of hair has fallen out in the shower, and it’s completely changed the texture of my hair. It’s become fragile & straw like. It’s also hurt my scalp. I’m extremely frustrated and sending it back today. This brand does a lot of false advertising, I’m mad I fell for it.

It does not work and they scammed my bank account, took my money and said they didn’t get it. I confirmed with my bank they did indeed get my payment but they doubled the payment and took $172. DO NOT TRUST!!

They deserve Zero rating. Stealing money from the customer. They take the product back, but don't refund to your money, they block your email , they respond you initially and then forever silence. I tried to reach to them , but now i can 't get confirmation email because they blocked me now. the product quantity is less than 500ml and paying $100 for the product. There are multiple product available in market and affordable price. Please SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT SPEND ON USELESS PRODUCT
