This product has severely damaged my hair. I’ve only used it for two days and a massive amount of hair has fallen out in the shower, and it’s completely changed the texture of my hair. It’s become fragile & straw like. It’s also hurt my scalp. I’m extremely frustrated and sending it back today. This brand does a lot of false advertising, I’m mad I fell for it.

It does not work and they scammed my bank account, took my money and said they didn’t get it. I confirmed with my bank they did indeed get my payment but they doubled the payment and took $172. DO NOT TRUST!!

They deserve Zero rating. Stealing money from the customer. They take the product back, but don't refund to your money, they block your email , they respond you initially and then forever silence. I tried to reach to them , but now i can 't get confirmation email because they blocked me now. the product quantity is less than 500ml and paying $100 for the product. There are multiple product available in market and affordable price. Please SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT SPEND ON USELESS PRODUCT

On my third bottle of the spray hair serum. I feel when used as directed there are results but must be used as directed and not leave many days in between. Their shipping is slow. I thought one of my orders was lost in transit because tracking stopped updating. Contacted the company by e-mail and got a response the next day. They said they will send out a replacement. The replacement came and the original order ended up arriving too. I contacted the company to let them know I got the original order and if they wanted me to return the second bottle. They told me to keep it anyways. So far I had good experience with the company.

Product did NOT work as shown/advertised. No different than any other product on the shelf. Be g waste of $$

I’m 45, and I’ve been blessed with beautiful perfect skin my entire life. I tried the extra strength collagen and broke out, bad! I decided to stop for 2 weeks and then restart to see if it was the collagen- I started again 2 days ago and I have broken out again. I have no clue if this stuff works for the reasons I purchased, I’m not willing to stick it out. Tastes good though!

It’s a total scam, doesn’t work and it is not free. You will get charged later. Trust me nothing is free in this world. But they are very sneaky the way they sell it to you. Do not trust the advertising they have all over social media

HORRIIC CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT CANCEL order charged. Credit card a few times - they stole my money again. STAY AWAY THEY ARE THEIVES

Took too long to arrive, held 95$ for a 5$ trial… won’t reply to my messages and have not gotten a refund it’s been almost a week and no answers. This is fraud! On top of the the product looks like they spent more money on the packaging that the cream… cream was worse than a dollar tree cream and did nothing for my skin. Super disappointed and hope BBB investigates them!

I was double charged right away, never refunded but sent another order so I just took that and stopped complaining. I continued to use the hair product for several months but never saw any results. Pretty packaging. That is all.

They sent me something that felt, and smells exactly like coconut oil. when i applied the product on my hair as instructed it was extremely oily and made my hair feel greasy. They also sent a hair mask that i believe to be just shea butter. The packaging could be better as well, very bulky and could've been better.

I received a trial bottle and also the hair mask. The spray was defective. The company immediately responded with a sorry, coupon, and a new bottle. My hair was falling out from a perm on my blonde hair that never should have happened. I am over 2 weeks in and I have a TON of new growth, visible around my face. This was referred by a friend and boy were they right. This stuff works. I use twice a day and massage into my scalp.

I would leave a ZERO IF I COULD. If u read this, RUN from this company. They don't send ANY products and charge your credit card hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Don't EVER order from them. When they do respond its an automated response. RUN!!! If you're smart.

This company is into fraudulent activities. I cancelled my auto- refill many times and it starts it again. They said they won't charge me and they charged me anyway. I was very particular about the timelines and return. They still charged me. Please don't buy anything from this website. The products are very bad as well. I hated all the products they sent. Their personalized quiz is gimmicky.

Absolutely terrible company. I ordered their liquid collagen, and on the day of delivery, I received a “delivered” notification. I was home all day, I checked the cameras, and I checked with the neighbors, nothing. I contacted customer service who initially gave me two options: 1) resend the product or 2) get a refund and cancel the subscription. I initially chose option 1. The company immediately stopped responding to my emails. After several days, I asked them just to refund me. I still have not received a response to any of my many emails and so I’ll have to try and get refunded by my bank.

Not impressed with any of it or the return issue...i asked for a qr code that the usps can scan from my phone for the return label and was toldthey cant do that...anywhere else ive shopped from has always been able to send a qr code instead of a return label that i have to print off when i dont have a printer or any printer available to me to use....so im stuck with paying for the products i ordered....i also changed my payment card that i wanted them to use but they charged the original card and overdrafted mybank account...NEVER AGAIN!!

Terrible customer service. They claim to send you a free product for just shipping costs. Upon purchase charge you the full amount in US, so as a Canadian there was a big price jump. Then they email to say it’s just a hold on funds similar to a hotel etc and they will return funds after four days. Upon being charged I immediately reached out and said on second thought I would rather not, cancel the order. First they emailed back saying that they would be in touch in 24 hours. It’s been 5 days, no communication, my hood was not returned. On day three I got a your product has shipped email. So great communication, no follow through on returning my hold (their base promise) or response to canceling my order. This product could turn out to be great and I still won’t bother to deal with this mess of a company.

I receive the hair mask which is $47 and there is only enough to put on my medium length hair 1-2 times at most! $47 is ridiculous. I didnt even try it. I asked to return it right away and they did send me a return label but also sent me a REPLACEMENT ??? WHY?? I asked very clearly to just take the product back and CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and yet they continue to ship to me. Nothing but a scam!!!

Despite some reviewers disliking the scent, I liked it. Something refreshing about the rosemary. I didn’t find any difference in my hair growth. I would not purchase it again.
