I just received the small package of a hair product. Except there WASNT ANYTHING INSIDE! I carried the box and it was scary light I shook it and nothing moved around! When I opened it came EMPTY!!!!!!! I should have known better from the reviews! I even recorded my self opening it!

Do not trust this company, about 1 month and a half ago, I tried to make a transaction because I saw that it said 5 dollars as a test, which is the cost. My card had less than 30 dollars and I expected the transaction to take place but it declined. After a week I received my payment, I know my job. I see 2 transactions of 178 dollars without authorization and they were their own. In other words, this company fraudulently records your bank information and puts the payment as pending even if you know it until the funds are available to withdraw it without authorization. I ask the citizens and everyone to report through this medium and share this, do not trust these people now they took my money and they do not want to respond they subscribe to you and they take the money without prior notice and without authorization the press has to know of this and I will take care that they pay for this fraudulent way

I would give them a zero if I could. I bought the hair masque and it didn't do anything except make my hair feel more dry and dehydrated. I emailed the company and was told I wasn't using the masque properly. (I left it on my hair for about an hour after washing and then rinsed out) I used the product twice and then stuck it in the cupboard. Pulled it out yesterday and there was mold growing on the the inside of the container. (There is no mold elsewhere in my bathroom, and this was INSIDE a closed container. I emailed them and haven't received a response. Disappointed with the product and lack of customer service. Waste of money and time.

I had horrible experience from the beginning and after 2 months fighting over emails I got tired and I had to open with my bank a chargeback because I was double charged by spoil child . The website looks good the ads on Instagram too i placed my order they send me my order wrong and a few days after another delivery with a duplicated order. I tried to correct over the email that they sent to you when you place your order but I realized and I believe that must be a computer replying you back or Melissa the name of the spoilchild costumer support assistant that was supposed to help me is determined to piss you off with her emails that never gets to the point. So she said that i place a wrong order ( I did not) and spoil child does not return products. They have these lie about buy and pay after 2 weeks of trying there products but in the minute that i wrote to her that it was fine since she is making impossible to resolve the matter I will return the product as unsatisfied because they do tell us that, because they are so confident onthere product that you can pay after you are using for two weeks and decide either keep or return .. it is another lie! they charged me right away .. such a nonsense and then sent me the return label and then promised to return my money and the double charged after receiving the product back, so I returned but they never did returned my money ! Plus check for yourself they don’t have costumer service number that you can call and make a complain. Save your troubles this company it is not Legit. I hope I can save a lot people with my post .

I ordered the biotin hair serum. It eventually arrived and the bottle was empty. It had leaked out all over the box. Right away I got a reply and they said they'd send a new one and gave me a $30 credit to use in the next 30 days. I didn't because I know they just wanted me to buy more. So the next one finally came and the box was ripped open and empty. As of now they haven't replied. So I can't even return after 14 days because I have nothing to return.

Just horrible!!! There is no cancellation policy even I cancelled my ordered almost immediately they charged me $119 instead of $10 as they said they will. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I've never ordered anything from this company and they have attempted to charge me 3 times in the last week $42 one time $47 another time and $45 another time. Do not try to get the try it before you buy it on this website they will steal your money I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I just took the test to get matched to my perfect hair care product from them. I clicked the try before you buy and was only supposed to be charged the $5.30 shipping charges, however I got an alert from my bank saying that a charge of $162 was blocked for spoiled child. I will not ever be purchasing from a deceptive, lying company such as this! So happy that I have an excellent bank 😊 I give spoiled child no stars. Do not believe them when they say you only have to pay the shipping charges because they try to charge you for the entire order.

They count on PayPal for refunds!! Bad business. Share on all your media outlets so that this company can be shut down!!!

You booked my credit card. No information that it is from States. Got billed more taxes and duty. There is no contact except via email. Seriously?! Fake marketing about free samples

Whatever you do do not fall for the free trial. This is a scam they will charge your account. And they don’t even have the courtesy to respond to your emails I’m going through a long battle trying to get a refund for charges that I did not authorize. The customer service is horrible it’s really sad because the products are extremely overpriced but not bad. They will definitely charge your account they trick you into signing up for auto refill there is no return label you can’t even return the unused product but they will charge your account please do not order from this company.

Taste: The product taste really good. I can drink it straight out of the measuring spoon or I can mix it in a glass with some pineapple juice. Yummy! 😋 Hair & Nails: Hair is definitely fuller, thicker and longer that’s for sure, it grows super fast now lol Nails: They keep breaking so definitely not helping that. Joints: They feel real good I am back at the gym again honestly and I have Osteoarthritis . My skin…. Looks AMAZING!!! The glow I have from this product is unreal, it looks like pure silk. I am truly in love with my skin with this product. My skin has an even tone as well 😊 I’m using it 3 months now I DEFINITELY recommend it! Those girls that are on those videos are real because my skin does the same thing. Beautiful!!

Item number S33+ I’ve write very few reviews because many products don’t meet up to my standards and the photo editor and I can notice every teen little details for product doesn’t do anything for me. I was wowed about this product first time use made a 50 to 60% difference best money I have tried for skin care so far, in fact I’m canceling two other ones that cost almost the same but doesn’t have the same results as this one I am now a happy SpoiledChild. I am 68 yrs old.

NEED TO TRY THIS SCALP TREATMENT ASAP.
