Paid way too much for so little product

I am 32 year old women. I grew up in the age of the .com and I have to say. It was a little of a trouble checking out with a gift code I got. It kept saying billing and mobile number needed to be filled out. There was no place for it so I had to got to into my account. Add my number and billing.

I am trying Spoiled Child liquid collagen and authorized a two bottle initial purchase totalling $78. My bank card was debited almost twice that for something I didn't not want or order. No phone call available to reverse this extra charge. I am anxious because I need that extra money for a payment due on Jan 8th.

Easy to order. Trying the powder after taking a break from the liquid E27. I stopped not thinking it was making a difference and over the course of two months, my hair started shedding so badly again and my skin didn't look as good. It really made a difference. Trying the powder because I was getting sick of the flavor of the liquid and I'm hoping the powder will mix in easily to my daily coffee/ tea. Excited to try it!

Very Poor customer service. Frustrating to deal with. I’ve sent emails to cancel the auto shipment & their response says they’re going to email me a link to cancel, but the email NEVER comes back with a link to Cancel. So now you’re trying to figure out how to get rid of these people for good. I will be putting a stop payment on any future shipments.

I’ve been taking this collagen for 9 months now and it’s been the best and most effective product I’ve tried . Never the chalky, and quick results. Big bonus is the company and customer service support . They are fast in replying and always sending the bonus items and discounts. They take care of their customers .
