Splendid Spoon reviews and discussion

I love Splendid Spoon! I have used them in the past, but I bought the 5-day detox box. I used it as lunch for a couple of weeks. I have Celiac disease, so I have to eat gluten-free. Splendid Spoon products do not use gluten-containing ingredients, but they do use a few that are not gluten-free. There were only 2 items out of the 30 in my box that were not gluten-free. My favorite products in the box were the Red Lentil Dal and Garden Minestrone soups and the Mint Chip smoothie.

I think their meals + smoothies have some delicious plant based options! I like getting a week from them every once in a while as a nice reset. The meals can be a bit light so be wary that they might not be super filling on their own. Its very convenient that everything is microwave ready within a few minutes.

I decided to try their smoothies because their ingredients are healthy and they have vegan options. I ordered a la carte and did not sign up for a subscription plan and I liked having this option so I could see for myself how the shipping process went and if I liked the smoothies. My order came quickly and in great shape and the smoothies are really delicious. Each container is two servings which gave me quite a bit of smoothies. Definitely I'm going to order again and I would have no hesitation signing up for a subscription plan.
