Tastes weird, but gets the job done. drink one and you're done for breakfast. warning: high amount of soy content though (google effects of high soy intake)

Expensive. Weird after taste. Bleh. All the engineers at my old company drank this. I did not get the hype.

Have tried Soylent a number of times over the year. It's not terrible, but it's also not my favorite. Heard the bottled versions are an improvement from the powder. Personally prefer solid food as a meal vs a smoothie, but for those who are indifferent or prefer smoothies, I can see the appeal as a quicker, more affordable meal.

I've had original, vanilla and coffee. They're all unremarkable. I'd never buy it again.

Not a big fan of Soylent. It really puts me off. It doesn't taste good in my opinion

Tasted great and not powdery but it didn't keep me as full for as long as I was hoping for the price

A high protein version

You've heard about it. You've seen it. It's become a self-meme. But if you've tried it you know...it tastes like you'd expect Soylent to taste. Chalky, bland - it removes the joy from food. And I think we all deserve a little joy.

Flavor and experience of consuming.

My husband was an original Kickstarter backer for Soylent, so we've had it around for years. I just started using it for the past couple weeks - primarily when there isn't anything in the house I want to eat. I've also started packing it on trips. We recently spent a couple days at an amusement park, and Soylent was a great dinner after a heavy, greasy lunch. It isn't delicious, but it is fine. I recommend mixing it a couple hours in advance so the powder and water can really mix.

Definitely a hit or miss with people but I personally enjoy the taste of the Soylent's I've tried. I always felt like it tasted like leftover cereal milk but slightly thicker, and that's cool with me. If nutrition/ingredient-wise this lines up with you, it's a great option to have for inconvenient times (these were great to have in the car for a cross-country trip)

I thought that I didn't care about food and that taste didn't matter to me. Then I drank Soylent. The drink is so thick it is actively unpleasant to drink. I'm sure it was healthy, and I really wish I didn't hate the taste/texture so much, but unfortunately it's not for me.
