I bought this as a gift for my mom. The first time it arrived, the dispenser didn't work. They kindly replaced it. We share this product and we both agree: the quality of lotion is not justifiable for the price... it is just regular lotion. Do not buy this product. The packaging is cute... The branding and price point made me expect a luxurious, high-quality lotion. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The lotion itself feels very average (similar to what you could find at a grocery store or pharmacy for a fraction of the price.) It moisturizes, but it doesn't stand out in texture, absorption, longevity, or overall performance. I kept waiting for there to be something that justified the premium price, but I never found it. For a product marketed as a luxury lotion, I expected a richer formula, longer-lasting hydration, or at least a noticeably elevated experience. Instead, it felt like a basic body lotion in upscale packaging. I don't mind paying more for products when the quality matches the cost, but in this case, I genuinely don't feel the value is there. You're paying mostly for the branding rather than the formulation. I wanted to love it because it was a gift, but if I had tried it before purchasing, I wouldn't buy it again. There are many lotions at a much lower price that perform just as well, or better.
